The tier 4 Japanese destroyer with the right apgruudes and the Tanaka commander can turn in 2.1 seconds. I think it is the fastest in game.

The Kriegsmarine once held a contest between H-39 and H-41 on who could make the more disgusting and putrid cake. H-41 won easily, and for a very simple reason.
H-39 may have been Große, but H-41 was Großer
You could use Sims for the extra hp, it's really good on orkan. Have it as my 2nd inspiration after Bey.

If i should use Sims on a destroyer, i would look for offensive inspiration too, like trubetzkoy or more HE damage

You run the smoke on the water perk for this ship? With not having smoke would the cloudy daze be better to get a bonus with no real detriment to ship performance?
Do you know if this ship will stay in sale or will it not be available like the other pan-euro DD?

It's like a super slow Le Terrible.
Great ship for divisions especially with a 2nd gunboat dd, but not the best for solo since it’s difficult to disengage and the radar loses value when you can’t coordinate with random players
I feel like I just miss all of the updates to this game now 😂

It feels like a strong addition to the team, but probably not one that will lead the team like you might be able to do with other dd’s.

Spartan you should go to service record and look at medals. Last time I did I say space medals like the meteor so we could be getting a space update.
The little pop-up announcement thing that comes on when you get on the game that said "upcoming events" literally showed a St. Pat ship and a space(ship) next to it for April.. I don't know why ya'll aren't seeing that cause you keep saying stuff we already know...

This ship is basically a premium lighting with radar
It's from a class of destroyers preceding the Lightning class, but it's very similar. It's based on an historic ship, so you get what you get. Nevertheless, like the Cossack it gives up significant anti-surface capability for a single 4" AA gun--when it already is well armed with DP main guns.

Guys please tell me what happened recently to the Iowa and Mammy (I have only them), both dispersion build and I am sure I can do much better even with Gneisenau sometimes! Mammy seems bit better but Iowa one of the rarely playing ships... I cant believe when I see how CCs do those fantastic murdering salvos... my salvos looks like bulls peeing even less than 12km! I just did full salvo to a broadside SINOP at 6km and got only 6-8k!,!
Very few destroyers can take out this ship Spartan says. Then goes and names off every nation except the Japanese and British classes that can take this ship out. 🤣😂 nice kill on the Myoko.. thanks for the video Spartan I’m definitely picking up this ship. Especially after watching multiple reviews on this ship I’m convinced it would be a good investment.
LoL I say that because those ships would give it a fight. Most of the ships I mentioned have larger HP or a better fire rate but generally it would come down to who can land the most hits and this destroyer is quite nimble so not the easiest ship to hit.

Is there a negative on the mutsu? Because as far as I can tell it’s a better nagato at a lower tier.
WW1 AP shells mean that it has worse pen angles and potentially less pen overall making for some really frustrating shots.
Sometimes you think you are going to obliterate someone just to watch them do nothing. Then sometimes you get those deletions you're looking for.

Just wondering why are you using ‘Smoke on the Water’ instead of ‘Cloudy Daze’ to reduce your engine boost reload time? Seeing that this ship has no smoke the ‘Smoke on the Water’ perk seems pointless.

Equilibrium of power is a perk on some Cruiser commanders that halves the fire chance of your shells in Lieu of more penetration allowing for more damage per salvo when normally your HE would shatter
Other dds now have to worry about radar cruisers and radar destroyers,and soon to be in battles Missouri to make radar bbs 😂

Nah, I don't really know why he picked that skill, because the other one is 'cloudy daze' - it reduces the reload time of engine boost by up to 25%, so he probably just made an error in his commander selection.

The slow speed combined with the lack of smoke will become a problem when carriers arrive... the other ships that don’t have smoke like the French have speed and the rest of the pan European line have decent enough speed with good AA. Orkan is good now but this thing will quickly fall off in the future. Though it’ll still have its place in competitive that’s for sure due to the radar and as carriers won’t be allowed there.
U do t know carriers won't be allowed plus in PC it's still good because it was great AA for a destroyer the main guns and secondary is AA too so she will be alright and who knows maybe kidd level of AA but I doubt that
And the european high tier ships have insane AA
@@doomguy.23frommars60 I know that’s why I said the rest of the pan euro line have good AA but they are also faster as well because even with good AA that still allows you to get spotted and respotted as it’s hard to reposition
@@doomguy.23frommars60 it would be foolish for WG to add carriers into ranked I mean just think about what you’re saying, the player base wouldn’t stand for it just like how WG continues to not include them in ranked battles on PC because of the player concern
@@doomguy.23frommars60 oh and also remember just because you have “good AA” doesn’t mean carriers can’t touch you lol this isn’t like the old days with the RTS carriers and back when DFAA and AA in general actually meant something “great AA” or not carriers will always get at least one strike off, and 2 if they are good.

As someone who plays mid-tier US battleships a lot, I find the concept that 35kts is 'slow' amusing.
Gott keep things in context. FOr a Battleship 35kts is fast. For a Destroyer 35kts is slow
@@SpartanElite43 I sort of a agree, but in the end, the way you have this DD set up you have a 4km buffer between when you can launch torps and when you get spotted. So unless you get jumped coming around an island or get a little too brave to cut the time on a torpedo run, 35 knts will get you were you want to go in good time. It might not be as fast as other DDs, or even some cruisers, but I would never call any ship doing 35 knts slow.
@@frednone The main disadvantage is in Not being able to disengage. Being so slow that even cruiser can catch you or at least match you in speed and no smoke can be really bad for you. A lot of times I can use the radar to spot folks for my team to shoot before I engage if I want to preserve HP
@@SpartanElite43 I understand what you are saying, but, what I took away from the vid was that if you are going to use this thing in a lot of ways you need to use a lot of the same tactics as when you use an Omaha or Marblehead. That is you have to plan your attacks carefully, you need to be really aware of your ships strengths and weakness and you absolutely need to be paying attention to what's around you.
If you play to this ships strengths, namely stealth, not being able to disengage is not that much of a disadvantage, because the opponent shouldn't even be aware your in the area until the torpedoes pop up on the board, and if you turn out as soon as you .launch you should be at or outside of radar range when they do, so they have a general heading, but not much else.
With a minute ten on the reload cycle for the torpedoes they better be real careful if they decide to turn and chase you too.
I realize you have the stealth maxed on your version so you have a larger buffer zone than many would have, but the basic strategy is sound.
I liked how you made sure to point out to people that you had stealth maxed out on this ship too. I think a lot of people don't really appreciate how much of a difference commanders make to a ship.

It's technically British as it was designed bulit and commissioned by the British as HMS Myrmidon then transferred to the free Polish navy

It is a challenging ship. Seems to get citadelled from any and all angles when a BB shoots a Salvo in your direction. But it is fun in that it is difficult to play (or difficult to survive in, rather).
