@@risingshadows1359 , some people need an initial idea, a gameplay loop or even a story. you can do these with your creativity alone, haha
Good thing you live at a point where nearly all of human knowledge is at your fingertips, and learning to code is the easiest it's ever been in the history of computer science!! Not knowing how to do something is not a valid excuse!!

As someone with quite a lot of coding experience, the theme really excited me. Sadly, I can't participate the game jam cuz I'm working on a game already and I'm locked in

Played the crap out of Vermintide 2 and spent a lot of time playing Darktide. But I liked Vermintide 2 more. I'm biased though. I like fantasy worlds more than Sci-Fi.
Really great games though all around. But I'm a sucker for Co-op games.
