My wife is already talking making the Jacket, either from the show or Odin's and having me follow Odin's design for the mask.
And yes then we are going dancing!
My favorite part of these isn't the finished product, it's the part of every build when Odin finally gets it assembled before finishing it and giggles in excitement.
When I finally see it coming together! It's outta my head and on the table! That is the best part!

Holy crap that end result is impressive!
The DIY texture roller is similar to a cake decorating tool called a Fondant Ribbon Cutter, they might be worth looking up to see if they have any parts that'd be useful for foam crafting. I've used mine to help me cut out evenly spaced slices of foam clay (My spacer came with different widths so I can cut .5 inch, 1 inch, or 2 inch wide strips).
I remember having a roller ink stamp that made dog footprints. (Inka-Dinka-Do I think it was called)
I am really not surprised there is a fondant tool just like this!

The combination of texture work, seam work, and the sponge painting purple back over the dark wash really gives it a fabric material look! Awesome job!

that's extrememely impressive in how much it actually looks like fabric! personally, i probably would have just make the "skull" base from foam and then skinned it with a ribbed fabric, but honestly, sometimes making the illusion of being one material is more impressive than actually just using that material
I looked into that, and after spending too much time in shops, I didn't find the right fabric!
This is my favorite one so far. I’ve seriously watched it over ten times, as Zemo is one of my favorite villains.

I'm actually going to try to make this when I have the materials and the templates. I'm defiantly adding Baron Zemo to my Cosplay List for the future even though his trench coat is extremely expensive but I'm going to try to make my own thanks Odin you're a great mentor.
We just grabbed @ibeactor's Bane coat! But if you want to be accurate, yeah, Zemo's coat is pricey!
