Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Coriander - 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 small stick
Cloves - 4 nos
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg - 1
Bay leaves - 1
Cardamom - 3 nos
8.salt - salt as needed
9.onion - 5 nos ( small )
10.tomato - 2 nos
11.ghee - 2 tbsp
12.dried lemon - 1
13.water for rice cooking
14.lemon juice - 1 tbsp
15.basmati rice - 2 cups
Coriander leaves - for garnish
