I assume by 'it' you mean bug jumping. Continuous bug jumping like you can see from approx. 0:12 can be done on console, but it is extremely difficult and next to impossible because of the low framerate of the consoles. Bug jumping is best done on PC with atleast a 100fps (or more). If you are playing on console, you can do single bug jumps, though, by pressing jump -> weapon switch -> grapple -> jump

When you finish a section of the game you can turn on 'commentary markers' under 'rewards'. It enables you to listen to commentary from the devs comparing the levels of TR1 and TRA. I accidentally left them on for the speedrun

A similar thing that I do here can also be done in Midas' Palace and Final Conflict
