We got all of our tickets and reservations ready for Disneyland in February. Kind of a Christmas present, early graduation present for our daughter and our 20th wedding anniversary a week early. Can't wait to go on Pirates and Big Thunder Mountain.
I got 4 new Breyer plush horses I also got the leopard appy 7 arts surprise model and this years holiday horse.

I love Anamar,I think he's gorgeous and hope to find one for myself eventually,as Premier Club is out of my reach.I think the attitude about the mold issues has to do with people feeling that at the price for membership and models,the models should be "perfect",and I don't think that's possible.He has a look like the Iberian breeds,and they are definitely heavy in the neck department if they're stallions.It's one of the things,appearance-wise,that I like about them.I was a little on the fence about the dappling,at least at first,but it's grown on me.
Oh,you got Altair! I liked him a lot but I had to make choices,and my choices were Snowbird and Neva.Especially Neva,I fell in love with the design and the colors Breyer chose.I'm liking the burnished metallic sheen some of the models are sporting these days,it may not be totally realistic but it's very pretty.I chose the palomino in the Oren Mixer Ideal series,and he is stunning,his whole coat catches the light so beautifully!

I love the Anamar mold even his neck. I just absolutly hate the puzzle peice dapples but the technique is very cool. I can just see him prancing.

I am also in love with the primer club model. He is a definite stunner. I think I got a somewhat darker variation. Most of them that I’ve seen seem much lighter. Nice haul btw! Merry Christmas to you!
I'm really digging Anamar's mold despite the issues people seem to be having with it. I think he's lovely. May try to track one down some day... Sorry you missed out on Neva. I got one with only one flaw, so I'm keeping him. Kinda wish I had the oopsie variation where one of the trees on him has eyes like the snowmen. I would have been legit thrilled to get that one. lol. And I am so digging Altair. I try to limit my unicorns, but he was an easy "I'll allow it"... He's hanging out next to my classic morgan mare Starry Night, and they look adorable together. I hope your Christmas was peaceful. Take care.
