- High wind tests of the Flywoo Explorer LR DJI HD with Caddx Vista 720P 700mw on stock settings. Sustained wind speeds of 30+ mph and gusts over 50 mph. Great test. A bumpy ride but still can get the job done especially on naked GoPro that will smooth out the bumps.
I Bought 2 4S and 1 3S. Perfect for short trips. Get about 12min in 4S!

Quad is clearly tuned for 4s. Try increasing both P and D by 4/3 for 3s. You can make it profile 2 and switch to it from your DJI FPV goggles whenever you fly 3s.
What app was that you showed in the beginning with the wind advisory?

With the recent release of INAV 2.6 with support for flywoo f411. you could do a video using flywoo explorer lr with inav instead of betaflight. For cruising flights probably inav is better than betaflight
Cool to know how well it will fly in the wind. I'm not having luck on my lr analog. Flywoo sent me the esc and fc stack. I installed them and I pasted the cli I had copied. But when I tried to connect the controller I got nothing. I connected the battery and the start up beeps as usual but then it repeats the 3 beep, n a pause over n over. I checked many times to see if there was a wire not soldered in the right spot but it is correct, as they had it. I should have sent it back as that was the option but the shipping was high. Now I have a drone that doesn't work at all.

What a frustrating mess! Couple of things to check: Connect to BLHeli Configurator to check ESCs are reading correctly and firmware is updated and uniform. Check Betaflight Configuration tab for ESC settings and try turning all beeper/beacon warnings off. Check wired picoblade cable between fc & esc for incorrect wiring and loose connectors. Finally you could try reflashing Betaflight firmware and applying stock CLI dump file for analog Explorer model. Keep at it, these complex little buggers can by trying for sure.
@@m2kfpv449 thanks for the advice. I'll check all that out. I havnt used blheli. But I'll try to learn it. Do you know where I can't get a copy of the stock cli dump for analog? I can't seem to find it on the net. I copied mine but but Id like to get it totally stock.

Of course you will need to change some settings including rx protocol, modes, failsafe, etc. but it will get you back to stock.
