The reason that Jon Lovitz is the perfect - and the only - one for this role is because * he actually sings in key * he actually dances in sync with the rhythm of the music * he really believes that he IS Jimmie Moore *SHEER BRILLIANCE*

It's the equivalent to him yelling "Macarena!" or "Gangam Style!" for no apparent reason, just random pop culture nonsense.
