    Hey
Your are in a better place in life that alot Americans.
Some Americans are living in tents on streets that have lost everything.
I am so envious of your freedoms
So happy that you have a great opportunity in life

Armitage is a nice park for close to town camping. Great location to do shakedown overnights to check everything out and not too far away to run and grab things you forgot and such.

That was one of our friends down there at Motorcoach Country Club where I was from the guy sold his lot but he had down there and bought a house if I remember the history from that he had to go and pick that motor home up the day before Country Coach went into bankruptcy and he had to get it off the lot before they put a padlock on the gate it is a nice coach

I wish my Aqua-Hot was accessed that easily. In my Dynasty it’s buried in the middle of the bay and have to access it from the bay in front lying on my side.

Love that color scheme and pattern. Nice and simple not a bunch of swoops. Premier Rv Park is nice just noisy. Armitage Park is nice but last I heard the drug dealers were pretty prominent there and folks were having break ins. That was from my in-laws who lived couple miles away. Hope things have changed.

That wire that has multiple wires in it controls the door lock and everything else does get compromised I've had to repair it twice as it is a weak link opening and closing the door. Small wires get cracked then separate internally and you get a door beeping

Great park! We like shade too! We are looking at a 2002 Safari 32’ that has 43K on the odometer. Last service was 2016 when tires were changed and $1700 of stuff was done at the diesel shop here. The 370 hp Cummins and Allison transmission are fine. Has been kept outside so front paint is checked and so de lamination on the sides we can see. What bothers me is that the engine is not easy access. Back radiators cover everything. I can see it from the bedroom floor hatch. What kind of maintenance should be expect? Been sitting 2 years.

Always learn something from your tech videos Brian, even things like recommended lubricants & chem sprays. Good stuff. Also neat to see unit #7034 as we are #7032. I believe you had said last production number was #7038(?). Keep us all posted on your new venture. Dr Jerry
