Yes, John, the Yuppies ultimately did ruin the flavor of Manhattan. There are no more distinct neighborhoods. It's all the same, everywhere. Every corner has a Chase bank branch, a Duane Reade, a Gap or Banana Republic or some lame-ass store, and of course, a Starbucks. Fuel went from a $7 bag of dope to a $7 coffee. NYC has now become so rich with yuppies, all the Spacelys of the area have been totally priced out. We're left with extremely wealthy foreigners and dorky hipsters with their ironic beards. NYC began dying in the 1990s. It's just milquetoast today. It's Disney and Starbucks.
And they're all coke/heroin addicts who give all their money to Russians (who own Coney island and colluded in the 2016 election). This shit is all connected with petrol wars and Afghani poppy crops.
