While overall the quote is often used shallowly, here in the video it was used in a clever and transformative way, I don't have anything against it or the beautiful art, just to be clear.

My primary school teacher said this to us one time because she spelt dilapidated wrong and lots of ppl (not me) shouted “ miss ur so dumb” then she told us “ let’s say I count up in 2’s *she wrote 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,19 on purpose wrong * if I get 1 thing wrong you shout but if you get 1 thing wrong we will teach u what is correct”
(When she says this she means if she got something wrong we shouted at her however when we get stuff wrong she helps us learn from mistakes, she taught us all that mistakes are ok and they actually help us in so many ways)

I had a teacher who was the "one mistake" person, but to a very unhealthy degree. She literally taught an elementary school classroom of Autistic students, grades kindergarten to 5th grade, and if you did the *slightest* mistake once you reached third grade, she would flip her hot pancakes!!

My teacher tried to do this when I was in third grade. It totally failed though because only one kid noticed and it was the unpopular loud one, so no one listened to him. 😂
Felt bad for the kid after, we all thought he was crazy. The teacher though, she probably should have known that lesson would fly over the heads of 8 year olds.
I hate when people shame others for making mistakes, that’s just a part of life. They can lead you to learn to be a better person, or to help you improve.
