April 2024--Oregon has just passed a law outlawing gun sales in the state. No One can import a gun across the state boundaries either. Water now belongs /to Oregon and that includes your personal well as well. No one can use State water for farm or garden uses either. Semi-auto guns are now banned as well.
Soooooo, what you mean to say is "If you want to be happy for the rest of your life, make the Constitution a part of your life!"Right.
The Constitution may be set in motion but over time the courts throw the constitution out the window. They make it look like the constitution is still in play but it isn't.
Question: Say Kamala Harris wins the election. What would happen if Biden resigns or dies before the election, and the House refused to confirm now-President Harris' VP pick? Who becomes acting VP in the interim? Does Speaker of the House become next in line? Who would preside of the certification of the election? Who is the pro tempore of the Senate in that situation?
I’m so confused, I read a case about a guy named dread, and the courts ruled on it, if they have the last word, who overruled, over turned or how was it legally changed, I don’t understand this at all, will some one please help me understand ?
The Dred Scott decision was overturned by a Constitutional Amendment that invalidated the ruling. Without the 14th amendment, Dred Scott would have still been a slave.
You mean the Dred Scott case?
Later Supreme Court cases or implementation of new amendments can overturn previous Supreme Court decisions. Dred Scott case, was voicing his right to sue the courts, but later turned into a citizenship problem for African Americans, especially in his case, previously enslaved African Americans for U.S. citizenship, but ultimately lost the case.
When the 13th and 14th Amendment were established, the previous decision on the Dred Scott case was overturned, thus became victorious, thus granting everyone who was born here citizenship and equal protection under the law.
In other words, let's get as many Conservative students to become Constitutional lawyers to protect America from the liberal Judges. #Exactly

I knew i was hearing bullshit.
America has always been composed of different political viewpoints, but the founing fathers agreed as tonthe basics to keep America alive and they were listed iin the bill of rights.
1. Trump clarified that we have been losing sovereignty + power as a nation and as a citizen, low and middle class. So all the economic big wig companies felt an affront. And they lied that he made an attack on usa to tear down ( John brennan for mercedes a calling trump an existential threat), When in fact, he was opening up America to The lower + middle class To access the American dream finally again..
2. And it is the left who has resorted to enticing its base to physically violently act out.
The base has beat up anyone coming out as a conservative trump supporter and it's on video.

3. The left has initiated a psychological operation by pushing the false belief that america was always United politically BUT THE TRUTH IS THAT America has always had diverse opinions. And it is healthy to, and it is evidenced by the different parties.
But the left is trying to push that In order to be UNITED, the conservatives must SHUT UP about their POINT of VIEWS and MELD into the LEFTY PARADIGM.
