I'm a SAHM and I change my wax about three times a day for sure! I typically change out at 7AM (when I wake up), 12PM (once the kids are napping), and then 7PM (once the kids are sleeping). And my house is the same way! Most everything only lasts a few hours in my open concept space. It's a large area and vaulted ceilings, so things just dissipate quickly. I have more than enough wax to keep up, though.
Wowza, that was a ton of wax! 🤯 On weekends when I'm home all day I usually do a tea light or candle for the first 4-5 hrs when I wake up then when that's done I'll pop something else in the warmers and let it run for the rest of the day. If the scent is pretty much gone by evening I'll usually burn a complimentary scented candle or throw the tea light on again for a little boost of scent. Have been known to change twice in a day, I have to smell something or I’m not happy. I’m the same way, if I have to leave the house for any reason I also won’t melt my fave wax. I want to sit in the good smell all day! L3 scoops have performed exceptionally for me. Meanwhile L3 performs very well in my house in general but the scoops are extra wonderful.
I just started working part time so I am getting thru quite a bit of wax and I usually change out twice a day except for Scentsy, I usually get a day or two with Scentsy. 😊 I need to try lavender and speckles in a tea light I just use hot plates for her wax. Wow an entire mini melter of Rose Girls, that’s like a candle girl. 😂 you got thru so much stuff. Great empties. 🥰
Years ago when I first melted scentsy, 1 bar would last me forever. I think over the years I've just become nose blind or something because I need to melt at least 2 bars in my open layout, including bathrooms,.....I use to get away with one or two cubes every 3 or 4 days. 😂😂😂 If I'm home and can't smell my wax, I most definitely will change it.
I feel the EXACT same way. 4 cubes of Scentsy used to do my whole open space for at least a day if not 2-3 days. Now I use a bar and a half and get 12 hours at best. Could our noses have adjusted to the scent THAT dramatically? 🧐
If I’m working from home I will change my wax out at least twice, sometimes three times. I have to work three days a week in the office so on those days it’s usually just once.
I change out my wax at least twice in a day….even Scentsy. I find scents last longer in my bedroom or office because I assume it’s a smaller space. In my open concept they don’t last as long so I change it out. In my bedroom the scent can last for at least a couple days depending on the scent.

Great empties! I put in wax in my warmers in the morning and I don’t change it out anymore that day even if it sucks 😅 The only place I change out my wax at night is my bedroom. Great empties!
I change my office wax once when I get up and once at noon. I'm in there most days. And then for the kitchen* area i do once in the morning and once at 5 pm ish when I'm done with work. And for living room which I don't go into until 5 pm, I change it once a day at 5.
You definitely went through a lot of wax! I only melt in my bedroom and I change my wax up to 4 times a day when I’m home. I work outside the home so I’d change it twice or three times a day depending on the day. Also, if I warm a coffee scent in the morning I usually change it by the afternoon. Yesterday, I finished warming Crème de Menthe from The Mardi Gras collection and it was too strong for me. I prefer Mint to Be Merry.

I had the same problem with RG’s Pecan Praline Cake 😕 bummer because it was so good on cold. It was great for about an hour, nice and strong, but quickly disappeared after that. Up the Creek is on my shortlist - gotta check them out! Love what you’ve been warming - so many that sound amazing!

Candles are a good buffer to prolong the scent. I probably need to be doing more of that.

I know! Isn’t it crazy that I used an entire mini melter bag from Rose Girls and could barely smell it? I guess the scent was just a dud for me.

I didn’t really get the beignet note but oftentimes in most blends I find it’s not the prominent note for my nose.

Maybe the pumpkin peanut Brittles didn't perform cuz you can't smell peanut butter in wax? I can't smell it either.
