Sipnosis: Oswald, fancy-dog-meat butcher, furnishes music for the execution of those hounds who go into the making of hot dogs. In fact, he is a kind-hearted merchant and even rescues a crying child-cat from the orphanage across the street. But that's where he makes his great mistake. The kitten cannot resist the lure of meat. He encourages all his playmate orphans to raid the shop, and before the day is out Oswald vows never to befriend orphans again.
