Bro, Rashod need to get with the program. Lamar said he wants him to be wr1 but if Bateman doesnt wanna be the wr1, he can let Zay take his job
Zay Flowers is already the number 1 receiver, in batemans 4 year career he has 1100 yards, flowers had 858 yards last year(with a healthy bateman on the field). Andrews is higher on the pecking order, and Likely seems like he is finding his role. At this point no matter how many snaps Bateman gets, he's fighting to be 3rd or 4th on the team in targets. Honestly if Walker is able to pique Lamars interest, the gap between Walkers and Batemans production might not be that small.

Both seem lost in the field and you could just tell had little to no chemistry wyte LJ.
Both boykins and Rashod don’t seem motivated to workout with their qb in the offseason either.
I can def see Tez making a few big plays which will def maje Lamar want to look his way more.
I just don’t think Bateman is a good fit for this offense.

I have ALWAYS given Bate a pass.. I want him to be one of the best cause I always thought he had the ability to be great...But this is unacceptable!! True, it's not mandatory but since your chemistry with Lamar is terrible and probably the worst when looking at the other wideouts, you azz needs to be there, period!

I agree, Bate has been around long enough to shed the college diva thinking mindset and get it cracking!!! The Ravens need to use him for trade bait and get something valuable at another position. The fact that this been going on for a minute and that it has'nt changed,says a lot more than NOT!!! Someone already in camp is ready to claim his spot.

Lamar is trying hard to get on the page with all of the receivers. But Bateman is high on his horse not wanting to get with Lamar in the off-season or if it is not mandatory. The dude acting like he is a diva. Saying he does not want to leave Arizona. More reps never hurt anyone.

Your host always seems to be so minitone about certain situations. Nelky and Zay have expressed how those individual workouts are so important with Lamar When Lamar can have his one on ones with his receivers, they gain big Chemistry you can't get when you're implicating the game plan in OTA,s and it shows in Zay and Nelky,s Chemistry on the field. We.saw all.last season whwn Lamar saw something, and Bateman was doing something else . I don't wanna hear a thing this season if Bateman doesn't get the ball ,like he wants to. Lamar is gonna get the ball to whomever he can rely on , and I won't blame him, not one bit . Bateman should have been there , he is our wide receiver two, who has been very underwhelming, to say the least. I was never with the ravens sparing Batemans emotions and not bringing in some competition. He is content with his role with no worries and he has shown us nothing. Big mistake by EDC. Tez is not from Florida and he made it , and im glad we might need him more than we think.

I second this… Tez not from Florida & he made it, Bateman is from Georgia but he consistently makes it to LA. Im starting not to care for him as much. He’s been on this team for 4 years & he still seems to be a big soloist. 🚮

But with LJ as ur qb he will ALWATS be the star and receivers will be an afterthought.

That all would sound good if Bateman wasn’t winning his routes. That’s why he got a contract extension. Ragging on Bateman and Lamar’s chemistry and his temperament is agreeable but saying he’s a bad receiver as if he doesn’t execute is way off base. The all 22 tells his the story. Lamar misses him

I honestly think that Rashad Bateman wanted to be traded that’s why he was more shocked at the fact they re-sign them because he was hoping that they would let him go. He even purposely am my opinion forfeited his fifth year option because he’s trying to leave and go to another team I don’t think he likes playing with Lamar. That’s the truth. He wants a traditional quarterback, he honestly seems like another PQ just waiting to get out to tell how much he didn’t like it here

I can see that.
There in lies the problem with sone of these receivers. When you have a dual threat qb who can make something out of nothing, the qb is not entirely dependent on an elite receiver as much as a more prototypical qb would be.
That coupled with this being a run 1st offense, there just isn’t many opportunities for him to get the ball.

I hope Tez takes his spot. As much as I’m rooting for him this year and want to like him, I just don’t like Bateman. I kind of doubt he’ll have a breakout year this year. He just doesn’t care about the team. He loves to play victim. He’s stubborn. He sucks when it comes to YAC, and I feel like his lack of chemistry with Lamar can be attributed to his personality flaws and inability to adjust. At this point I wouldn’t have minded if they’d gotten rid of him. I just hope he doesn’t cause any trouble this year.

I bet if Lamar showed up to OTA’s Bateman would have been at these private sessions. Attitude reflects leadership. Why should Bateman go the extra mile for Lamar if Lamar doesn’t go an extra mile. Bateman worked hard last year and was one of the most open route runners in the league. Lamar got some balls to him and some over his head.

For get te fans in his case ,what if he get hurt in Florida maybe it's a clause in his contact
it would be in his best interest to make that workout. failing to put up numbers this year vs getting hurt and holding out hope (again) would hurt him more. 2 years in the system and no production vs an injury would more likely get him traded, either scenario would mean no contract extension, might as well do your best to get the most production THIS year.
Bateman is a diva. He is complacent and clearly doesn't like to play with Lamar. No worries...Zay will continue to fill the #1 spot.
