- This is comparison between Cargobob and Cargobob Jetsam in gta online. Both vehicles are very useful to move other vehicles to unrecheable places ! They are quite similar in price. But, still I don't know why there are two of them. Jetsam looks a bit different than cargobob.

There's less stopping power because of all the tracking components
James Ten you have to make it a personal vehicle by storing it in the hanger. Then do the exact same way you would a personal vehicle

I think the normal cargo bob should just be able to pick up cars normally but the jetsam should have available upgrades for like the magnet or a harness
definitely wish this. I was so bummed when I got my jetsam into my hangar

Jetsam is quieter, has a slightly longer hook, better customization options, and some say it is easier to hook cars with than the normal Cargobob. Probably not worth the price difference though.
Yes an extra 200K is not worth it for someone who is just starting out

@@unknownone8479 Rockstar is so fucked up. Because you have to actually code them to be different. So you use them in missions then buy them thinking they're the same but they're not.
Those longer cables make a huge difference.

I prefer the jetsam purely for it being more unique and cooler resprays.
They buffed the jetsam, it has a longer hook and it’s more powerful in ascending.
Longer hook is only for certain specific missions. It's engine is quieter though, can float on water if done right, can stall 5 times instead of the reg cargobob's usual 3 times. I prefer the jetsam
The Jetsam is great because of 2 colors you can customize. The army style Cargobob is great because if you do the right color combination, you make it look like a T1000 in liquid state.
They need to bring back the Sky Crane

The jetsam can now lift slightly heavier objects since the update
I've read the jetsam is quieter which is a plus in my book. I could see getting tired of the rotor sound after 4 or 5 import export missions
The difference between cargobob and jetsam is that the cargobob has an extended nose that sticks out from the front cockpit. If you are touching a wall with the front of a cargobob and fly upwards, the nose can get caught on the wall and cause the cargobob to flip. The jetsam doesn't have this bubble on the front of the helicopter like the cargobob does. Look at the front of both! ****0:37**** and ****1:38**** you can see the front is different.

i like the jet sam more because its rarity in SP its only used it on mission and cannot be bought but the army u can. but to each there own
Screw the marine one.. it's everywhere.. the jetsam its special, and with a hangar you can also change its color using that livery.
jetsam is quiet and is on the bottom of the pegasus list, regular Cargobob is a howler and given the fact it is on top of the pegasus list it literally drags down every single pegasus vehicle by 1 step down (Eg. if hydra is 9th on the list now it will be 10th because you bought the regular Cargobob and you would have to scroll down to get to it, jetsam is at the bottom) so because pegasus lists could be crowded in the long run I would recommend the Jetsam for $200,000 extra

I know that some vehicles have rear hatches that allow you to store other vehicles in them, like the Benson or the Cargo Plane, but when you start to drive, the car in the back just explodes. There should be an update that fixes that
I know this channel isn’t informative at all so I’ll give you the run down in the differences.
The jetsam has;
- Quieter engines, which makes a whole difference trust me.
- Longer cable
- It’s easier to turn
- is customizable
It’s not much but it’s worth the price.

@@Skyman58 and the insurgent takes twice the amount of damage before being rendered inoperable and the same could be said about a half track and scarab treads are really bad for concrete and aren't designed for roads
Because sometimes in bunker sell mission the delivery vehicle is insurgents.Meaning player cant alone deliver all the buker product

They are different, the cargobob jetsam is more powerful, it can stall out 5 times without crashing whereas the normal one can only stall out 2-3 times
Jetsam has a longer cargo hook, handles high winds better, and can carry heavier things higher and faster.

I mostly use it when I am doing a solo sell mission for my bunker when I have 2 vehicles and need to deliver in the city. Extremely useful and it has saved me a lot of time

In case you're still deciding, I heard the Jetsam is much quieter. The standard one may also have more upwards thrust, meaning it can climb faster (not sure on that one)
jestam have long hook, so you can hook vehicles easily.
@@AhmedGamal-zc8sq They have the same hook wires. Some Cargobobs in missions (such as bunker resupply in which you need to steal a tank), have longer wires, to make the missions easier, however, both Cargobob Military and Jetsam have the same hook wires in free mode.
ondra i think jestam hook is longer, you can note that in video, i try both of them, jestam is more easy to use.

The jetsam Cargobob is made by a different company (In the GTA Universe), Jetsam
About looks, no one needs to comment if they are same or not. This video is about features. Ultimately the conclusion is that you don't need to think before buying if you have money.

Those air tanks on the side are for floating on water but you need to be a very skilled pilot. Hover above any body of water from a distance of the same height as the cargobob and let go of the controls. The cargobob will lower itself onto the water and your team can get in and out but the Pilot must stay in or else it sinks. You can also move it around like a boat. ☺

I seriously pilot my Jetsam all the time and have flown these back-to-back recently and I can say I'm pretty sure 99.9% sure actually that the Jetsam is heavier (for handling things like high winds at sea) while the cargobob might be made out of a composite material and is therefore lighter

Thanks I noticed the Jetsam is far quieter so thats what Im going for even though I prefer the camo look of the original.
The only difference I've noticed is that the Jetsam doesnt have the other bit at the front. This could mean a smaller hitbox for the Jetsam.
I bought the cargobob thinking I was a total genius that would save lots of time on vehicle missions untill I seen the Jetsam... After realizing I could've bought that I started getting frustrated thinking I made the wrong purchase but to see now that they're the same, I should be happy right?!

I like the jetsam because it looks different
Four differences:
1) jetsam has a different livery (duh)
2) jetsam has primary and secondary colours for you to update
3) jetsam is a civilian aircraft, so some instruments are removed (entirely cosmetic)
4) jetsam is quieter, which makes you less mad in the long run
This video taught me that the door on the back can open now i dont have to drive 4 bikes all the way from the country to the city. I can just store all them in there now

They aren't the same. The Jetsam has a slightly longer hook and better handling, it is also much quieter.

take the smalles heli you can find and put the biggest gun you can find on it. You can call it the "allahu akbarcopter"

I still love the original cargobob, I got mine way back when it wasn't even fully released for gta online but you could do the glitch on your phone where you typed in the single player website url to buy the cargobob

Is faster and handles better in storms, rain and high winds than a normal cargobob
Has a longer hook for safer and easier hooking
Is mutch quieter and better sounding
Looks far better visually, especially when you customize it.

Is only slightly more expensive
If your gonna blow a few million on a common cargobob then you might aswell treat yourself to a nicer one
You could see spending the extra money as an investment for a better bob

U can lift an APC in cargobob jetsam by powering up the engine to fly backward (W+5) if you press (W+8) like was demostrate in the video on 0:55 , u cant lift it off at all. After gain some altitude flying backward. Slowly hold W+ and tap 8 to move foward, its a very slow way to lift APC. But its the only way ive found to carry it around the map.
For me jetsam looks better

u have to go to warstock cache and carry and go to the cargobob (whichever one u have) then press the vehicle workshop option

I prefer the jetsam over the normal, despite its higher price, it looks better with the paintjob, and its actually a fair bit quieter.

When you buy a car that’s all pimped out , then slowly take it apart to reveal its a Toyota Corolla.
Really wish they would have gave the jetsam the option to upgrade to some sort of either defensive measure or at the very least an option for a machine gun, preferably lock on missiles.. Hell even giving me the option to shoot out the front windows view only could help to an extent.
Being so slow really takes away from its usability in public lobbies and having either counter measures or some sort of weapon protection would solve that and put it on a more level playing field..

I'll tell you the difference: Jetsam is based of the civillian model of the helicopter while the regular Cargobob is more suitable for military operations.
Still, the Jetsam should be cheaper.

I like the Jetsam because the paint is better without the camouflage design.
Also I wish the lift cable was longer and the power of lift is quicker.
