New Season is super good for casual leveling :D
Tempering is insanely cheap relative to everything else. Not tempering your gear is a huge blunder imo
You can temper at any point :) The time you spent tempering iam already 1 or 2 levels further :D
It ain't simply needed in until lvl 70/80
There's little reason to temper early because your gear changes so often since you level so quickly.
@@LA_Designer It's dirt cheap there's little reason not to temper. Suggesting people to wait until lvl 70/80 to temper is insane. Your knocking off chucks of survivability and damage to save pennies. This guy group lvls and minmax's every aspect of the game, this is one of those tips that should be taken with a grain of salt cuz it's dependent on the class and player on what is necessary.
I play hc and have been tempering along the way. Every Stat matters.

Disagree on Tempering whilst leveling, I only do it once per item, the resource cost is dirt cheap, you can get huge buffs with a bit of luck. Started around level 35+ not every chance I got, but just when sorting gear out.

Exactly my point, attack speed on weapon, movement speed on boots, mage damage/Golem damage, a lot very good and useful affixes.
Tempering at level 35 and 55 before capstone helped me a lot.
Great videos, lost a lvl 48 necro on first night but gonna get back up on a new one, wish more videos focused on hardcore! Blizzard even talks a lot about what happens at death and what penalties there are, well if I die, I’m dead

I started at the beginning of season 4. I went with the necromancer minion build. I tried a blood build first. Then, after WT3, I switched to minion. I hit level 73 last night. This has been a very fun class. So far, I have at level 100 a barbarian (S2), Druid (S3), and now a Necromancer (S4) at 73. Thanks for the tip, man!
I got Ring of Mendeln and Ring of the Religious Soul from that first Iron wolves ring reward , doesn't get much better than that :)

My friend! I love your videos! I’ve been watching since D4 launch. I usually don’t follow your builds to the letter, preferring to have an Essence generator if needed. Anyway, I’m just popping in to answer your question about what build I’m playing and what play style: I’m playing a necromancer (my favorite class) with a mix of Shadow DoT and minions. Minions are so great this season!
Started leveling during your first stream made Lvl 55 after 4 hours Ready to hop to torment after work! Really enjoy the Unique drops from Iron Wolf cache's and overworld early leveling in order to have some FUN with builds early instead of rushing to endgame (for the casuals who may never see endgame).
Level 48 sorc here. IMO, this is the most fun I’ve had at the very start of the season. Season 2 was amazing as we all know but I have really high hopes for this one. Never had so much in helltides then I have in this season

About 3 game hours in. Completed 1st capstone dungeon, level 33. Got lucky with Bloodless Scream and Howl From Below at level 32 from Iron Wolves caches. Capstone was a breeze. Now to do some Fortresses....
I started a Druid, It's more fun than I thought. I managed to get to Lvl 51 in just a couple of hours and gonna go for WT4 by the time I hit 55.
I really like that the blood maiden feels like a proper boss.
Your videos are very helpful, I really hope you k keep them rolling.
I'm not far, only lvl 80 because work and all, because someone considered that releasing on Tuesday is a good idea, but my experience was ok, pretty good actually, beside gold, man the gold is such a big problem.

Was tending to Barb but went Druid. Those are the 2 classes I hadn't played yet. Oh and I'm not so sure bout the wolves reward caches. Opened a normal legendary and unique cache on WT3 and they were sacred... so I'm gonna save mine up just in case 😁

Rogue level 69 on first day, one question about the aspects I used to have a bunch on T3 and they I switched to T4 they dissapeared? and it looks like salvaging is not giving me the aspect anymore, how is this mechanic working now?
sorry to ask but: if I play necro and I do tempering for Golem DMG the DMG is not calculated into tooltip of golem but Summoner DMG is calculated. So If Rings + Gloves are at 50% Summoning Golem dmg is at 50k and if All are Golem Dmg 190% Golem Dmg is 35k :( or is it only the tool tip?
World tier 2 I got Bloodless scream I think from Iron Wolves. I also used it until I got something better in WT3.
I probably couldve done more, but level 52, most things feel easy.

Oh you got screwed on the uniques from the iron wolves, i got secreligius normal and sacred+ howl from bellow normal and sacred, the best uniques from leveling
Can someone explain me:
Item drops with "greater" affix and masterworking - if I dont have an item that has greater affix and I masterwork I get can greater affix 3x (lvl 4/8/12) - this is like catch up engine to people who have bad luck finding items with greater affixes?
Or item with greater affix can be masterworked thus end result might be an item with greater affix x4
SO in general my question is, should I bother to masterwork "normal" items?
60 barrage rogue with min/maxxed sacreds. I know tempering is kind of pointless pre t4 but damn has it made the leveling so much fun.

Season journey caches (NOT THE IRON WOLVES CACHE THE ONES FROM THE SEASON MENU) scale to your level open them immediately upon entering WT4 for a massive boost!!

Next time lol. I was so excited to see what was in them I cracked them as soon as I got them.
Weirdly when I was in WT4 I got sacred gear from my seasonal cache at around level 63

Yeah, I'm really enjoying this season so far. Things make a lot more sense since they reworked everything. The grind's still there, but it isn't soul destroying. I'm about 5 hours in, and I hit 57 and am in tier 4. I won't lie, at my level the hell tide is a bit tricky, but I absolutely refuse to run the strongholds 😁 The new gear system is outstanding.

This patch is great, I got into Tier 3 at level 40, and then I got a lid less wall, AND the Azurewrath in the same helltide. Guess I'm not being shadow anymore haha
I'm playing a druid this season and have been tempering most of my items mostly to keep my resistances at a satisfactory level. If the resistances go to low, groups of Elites in Hell Tides becomes difficult. I also temper my jewelry to reduce resource costs since I am using resource heavy Pulverize (until I manage to get TR). I dont really see a downside. Resource usage is minimal and the few extra minutes it takes isn't a big deal unless you are in a race to 100.

YOu can do damage and cooldown :) One is offensive the other is utility/defensive? Don't have the game open right now

Don't skip legion events like he suggests. They have a chance to drop scattered prisms for gem sockets, which are super rare this season
Make sure to do the world boss on tier 4. Dropping 925 gear...
But in the Legion Events you also get the parts you need for summoning Varshan.

I started last night I made a Druid I’m leveling with pulverize poison creeper shear cold bulwark trample I played about 2 hours and got to lvl 30
I'm taking it slow this season. Usually I will play 2-3 weeks and switch to another game for the rest of the season. This time I started with redoing the campaign, which I highly recommend, cuz you don't have to redo everything (you still have all your renown, skill points, altars), it's a good refresher, it slows you down a bit, to learn new stuff. And it's quite fun, to be honest, should be a TV show. 😀
Anyone here tried if those guaranteed uniques from iron blood can be ancestral if you opened them at wt4? Or are they just guaranteed sacred?

You can't get exquisite bloods or go after Lord Zir until World Tir 4. I tried farming bloods on World Tier 3 and they never dropped
Played like 7-8 hours, with a moderate grind, and hit WT3 and level 50
Level 41 Necro after a few hours with your build. Having issues maintaining essence without a basic skill
You said go to world tier 4 at level 55 and get 925 gear through obols. I only got 835 maximum and get one shot by a tiny enemy...

Ok so I found you can’t pull orange stats from gear at the Occultist anymore. They REALLY need to fix this! Unless there’s some other way to do this in the Season I didn’t notice. Do we know why they took that option out of the Occultist? Cuz if we can’t pull those stats & put them on other gear, I’m not even bothering playing.
You salvage legendary gear at the blacksmith and it upgrades your codex for use anytime

Tried ro do the maiden at lvl 50 on w3 and kept dying
you SHOULD temper while leveling. You can get MASSIVE bonuses like +45% damage to a piece of gear.
Simply not needed in the first 60 lvls sir :)
@@P4wnyhof if you take the 3 seconds to do it then you will breeze through wt1-wt2, cleared capstone lv 29 and 40 because temper is SO strong

There is one huge mistake in your recomendations. Take seasonal rewards only at the beginning, when you are too weak. Then just reach level 95. All the unique items you will get will be also of 925 level and you get lots of them from seasonal progress. You get them much more oftern than in real time. So it is the best option to get unique items of 925 level as soon as possible.

I agree with everything except the tempering while leveling. It's really cheap and you'd be gimping yourself for no reason.
58 necro after some hours. its really easy. but nightmare dungeons is ok, too. 10 lvls bigger then my necro, around 8 minutes a run and one lvl at this lvl. but yeah just running in helltide is great, too. all others riding to the boss and im getting the events.

So the game is been reduced to just doing Helltide until level 85. Then Grind ND's until you can run T50 pit? And no seasonal mechanic to add any flavor.
