That's a good reminder for everyone responsible for a pet: to make sure that their pet is taken care of if something happens to the owner. The relatives in this case were very irresponsible. The cat was their loved one's dear companion and they just abandoned him.

What is WRONG with people and their lack of empathy? If the relatives did not want the cat, it is their responsibility to find it a good home.

I agree with you. An owner died down the street having a cat. I trapped it, gavr it to another relative and they found a home. That person did not want the cat after all and the relative brought the cat back and let it go. I was not able to trap it again and I was really angry. People just do not care.
It is a special situation in a country with the Orc horde in the backyard, i can understand that people have other problems right now, as sad as that sounds.
I wouldn't leave my furry family behind and would protect them with every bullet i could get my hands on from the Orcs but i wouldn't expect my relatives to take care of them if anything would happen to me.

Poor child abandoned by his family, ignored by strangers, he looked so lost and helpless until Olena came along to rescue him. What a beautiful boy Keks is! I'm moved by and thankful to Olena's wonderful team and loving adopters who gave Keks another chance at a good life.

Sometimes a trap can be necessary, especially when the animal is too scared. It' s only for the animal!

This poor baby! He was checking out cars that went by like my cats do when they think Dad might be home. He was loved. How can the relatives just dump him like trash? I live in the US and every day some celebrity is awarded by some other celebrity for doing no one knows what. Nothing basically. Then I see a rescue video like this and know full well who deserves awards. But they won't get them, and guess what? They don't WANT them. We know where the true heroes are.
