- My attempt at translations for the For Honor Season 9 fantastic soundtrack. Not very accurate at all, since it is incredibly hard to distinguish what is being said, however it is the only translation we have to date.

My best guess for the translation at 3:06 is the black priors making fun of the other knights for fighting by the code of honor, thus making the battle more difficult for themselves where as the black priors will go to any length to ensure a victory.
One of the black prior's dialougs is opposite of a quote in bible. He is more likely to even be anti-christian

This is amazing.......so you are telling me the black priors were kicked from the knights for not following the rules of valor but came back to save the knights when the vikings and samurais joined forces
not the heroes we deserved but the heroes we needed
They were kicked from the Knights because of their War Crimes while under Apollyon's command
they were basically like the Blackstone Legion special forces, so they weren't liked very much by the other knights.

After knowing the translation (it really seems to be correct and logical, plus knowing the story of Black Priors), I like this soundtrack even more!
The only theme were the menu music and the face off have different lyrics... best themes ever AND more effort has been put into these i think

Its sad anyway how they recognize that no One Will care about their death saying It Is not unfortunate, knowing that they are casted away from their OWN faction and hated by everyone, because of the "dark clothes" they wear. In other words, they know they won't be missed because they are Black Priors.

Literally was looking for such a translation since pretty much the release of BP, always wanted to sing along while in the menu, but couldn't hear anything except for tuuuuuuuuubaaaaa

After doing extensive research, I think “Tuba tremor” actually means something akin to “Quaking horn” or could mean something like “Horns that will shake the earth when played”. During my research I found that “Tuba” can be used in a figurative sense to mean “The signal of war”. That means that “Tuba dei” would be “Horns of god” or something like that. I’m not an expert at all, but I didn’t use google translate so I’d like to think myself slight credible. I don’t know about the rest of the song and it’s translation but the tuba tremor part kinda sounded wonky as quaking ritual because Black Prior doesn’t really deal with any rituals in his lore.
Also a side note, I think “Tace tu” may be a reference to something Black Prior says in game which is “Tace cor tuum” (forgive me if I butchered that) which translates to “Silence your heart”. Just something I found interesting.

"Tuba tremor" was an odd line because it could have so many different meanings. I chose the ritual one because the Black Priors were a cult and did perform rituals/ceremonies, as mentioned in the Vortiger livestream: czcams.com/video/ENhTbrGPcjo/video.html
So it felt fitting as a line said towards the enemies of the Black Priors, telling the enemies to "tremble before our ritual!" and fear it. Also it is great that you didn't use google translate, as that does not cover synonyms for latin words. I found that Latin Dict was a fantastic website for finding accurate latin definitions: latin-dictionary.net/

I love the translation, but I have some ideas on what some translations are. Specifically Tuba Dei and Tuba Tremor. I don’t claim to be a Latin scholar or anything, nor am I a novice. But I would like to suggest what I think that means. Again, I could be wrong.
Now Tuba means ‘trumpet’ in Latin. While dei means ‘god’ or ‘gods’ or ‘divine’
So I think that Tuba Dei means something along the lines of ‘the trumpet of the gods/divine’. Which could be a metaphor of the bringers of god’s message (which are what the Black Priors are). Or something else.
For Tuba Tremor, I believe it is in relation to the previous line above. That the message (trumpet) of god is quaking, able to cause war. Some something like ‘god’s trumpet quakes’.
That’s all! I hope you don’t see this as a challenge to what you have made, and if I’m wrong, I hope I get corrected! Have a good day/night!
Edit: refined grammar, and I would like to say I forgot that Tuba meant more than trumpet/horn. So I may be even more wrong now.

I like the song "dies irae" its well know, and I found a few words that appear here with another meaning, for example: "tuba" Wich means "trumpet" and "tremor" being "fear". So "tuba Dei" and "tuba tremor" mean Trumpet of God (maybe referring to de end of days) and Trumpet of fear or frightful trumpet

Nice work, good to see someone translated this song. If you're planning on doing a v2 of this, then imo 1:45 should be something like Ad bullio, or something similar. I don't know latin but when i translated pullio on google, it said that it means chicken.

Pulli can come from the masculine noun pullus pulli (chicken), but it can also come from the neuter noun pullum pulli (dark clothes). -latin-dictionary.net/definition/32277/pullum-pulli
Google translate probably couldn't differentiate between the two nouns, since they are spelled the same way.

Well, not a (serious) Student of Latim and etc. but I've done some research (Google BTW), and, as you said, this music have a lots of interpretations (English is not my 1st language, so sorry if my cellphone "corrects" The words or if any word is written wrong), so, I've done a "theory" (Better describe as a re-interpretation) about this music:
Tuba (IDK if there's any other translation), can also be "sound", so MY interpretation was: "Sound of God! Quaking Sounds", related to the cataclysm, and previous things that happens before Hulda's season, where the cataclysm made they thought that the Ragnarok have come, just because the intensity of it, so it was related to the "God's wrath" (And after was Hulda's wrath lol), where it destroys erevything, also (and perhaps), it can be related (with the same translation that I found) to the beginning of the Vortiger's cut scene (that is way more improbable), cuz everything is going down and etc. But you did a very decent job right here, loved your work! (And I know I'm kinda late, but better later than never [I dont have a clue if this is right in english])

Is this latim? I've been studying the language on duolingo but the translation of many words doesn't fit, even in google translate it suggests me another language... Is this some kind of dialect?
Duolingo teaches you common phrases that would be said in Ancient Rome.
However the words said in pieces that have the Latin language like Vortiger’s theme usually are vague words that could have different meanings.
I like to compare it to Kanji in Japanese,they’re characters that have multiple meanings and once you find the right meaning for each word it becomes a sentence.
