Imagine being that person who like a show THAT much to the point that are cyber-bullying someone to this extend...This is LOWER than low...

it's only one country that cares about silly reality shows like this. In Australia, I don't know anybody who watches that show other than maybe elderly women whose kids have left the nest and they have too much time to kill in their life. Then again, we do have decent weather, I guess.

How do you bully someone sexually anyway? I don't get it.

  • @Clare1981

I think Amanda has suffered in the past and it has certainly triggered something for her and the death threats are beyond unacceptable. I do also know the dance world personally and it is very, very tough, gruelling, relentless and perfectionism is what we all want as dancer. Giovanni had become a favourite, he was wonderful with Rose. I am not sure how this is going to go. Amanda was a fabulous dancer, I enjoyed her dancing and I was sad it all ended like this.

I found Giovanni insufferable for years, and it was indeed his year with Rose that showed his softer side. He is a fabulous dancer and choreographer but he has a very cocky and somewhat shallow demeanour.

@@herbertlongfellow7702 Sometimes I think it is a typical English person thing to say cocky when someone is confident, I was raised to not get any ideas above my station! and not to get a big head! Perhaps that is it, culturally Italians just have confidence, I know I certainly lack it! Nikita is always loving his hair which I thought was conceited but then why do I think that? He does in fact have nice hair. The profession they are in they have to be like that to succeed, you have to have fire-in-your belly to win. I was also at the age when school sports days became about "the taking part that counts" which means you then feel ashamed to have drive and a competitive nature.

You have to remember the celebrities aren’t dancers. They aren’t training to be professional dancers either. They don’t want to BE professional dancers. You can’t equate the crazy lengths professional dancers will go through and what abuse they will suffer willingly to fulfil their passion with the teaching of non professionals for an entertainment show. If he had nothing to hide he wouldn’t be so keen to keep the 50 hours of footage hidden. I 100% believe her. Good for her for saying “errr have a word with yourself, don’t be treating people this way please!”
If he can’t see that that’s unacceptable for a throw away show then he can’t be trusted to teach celebrities appropriately and needs to get lost.

People are more concerned about saving a cr@p show, than wanting to investigate a major crime. Not so much 'Me too', more 'I want my MTV'.

It’s not a crime there’s no bullying no sexual behaviour ..when the truth comes out it will be seen for what it is a professional trying to get the best out of an amateur and getting frustrated as the amateurs are not up to the level of even a beginner. I think we will find that she is moody all the time, late, complaining constantly and the guy just got fed up with her. Has anyone asked her yet why she did not just quit and walk away if she was suffering so much? Was it because she was being paid well and was hoping to revive her career with the appearance on the show.

Everyone is talking that Giovanni is already guilty of the said allegations before the enquiry has presented their findings. This is one person’s opinion against another. It doesn’t mean that if someone says something that it’s true. Everyone should wait until the enquiry is released before jumping to conclusions

Jeremy Vine clearly hasn't watched the whole interview, as she stated in the interview that she raised concerns after 3 days with producers and as a result cameras were placed in their rehearsal space. Plus her claim that Gino is refusing to let her lawyer see the videos. So Vine jumping to any assumptions is completely uninformed and unhelpful.

There has been evidence already - which is why the Italian dancer who admitted kicking the celebrity has left. The evidence must have been pretty damning for him to immediately agree to leave the show. I don't know what part of that is hard for some people to understand. Yes, lets see the evidence in the Abbington case too before making judgements, but there appears to be quite a few cases to answer for Strictly and the BBC and it's hard to believe the shows producers haven't known about training regime 'issues' for a long time.

No she didn't say that. Krishnan said it, and he had heard it from someone else. He made it clear that the other pros and celebs are supportive of Amanda and from the start she was warned by his ex partners.
She wasn't giving any details in the interview, and Krishnan said that he had heard that Giovanni had sexually humiliated her. She just nodded.
Also the camera was put in the room after she raised a concern with producers.

@@lindalwilson3823 typical of a woman to say that. Being s professional myself there’s standards and achievements together with perfection and precise . Back in the days , gene Kelly , Fred Astaire we’re perfectionists and their dance partners complained of the intensity of their routines but they understood what was required to make the film a success . Yes the moaned but gave their dance teacher praises . The likes of these female z celebrities getting paid well obscene amount knowing the hard work and being told what to do which is obvious these women doesn’t like being told and class this as emotional and verbally abusive and now we have miss sexual conduct , which baffles me as an actress she has to kiss her Co star and or sexual nature of some sort . The director would instruct them of what’s required, if they don’t abide then they are out , so even directors take the Reign and controls the actors, we have this obnoxious b lister actress who has already a bad reputation . A woman myself I do not believe a word she says to reiterate if she was abused in anyway she could of walked out but didn’t reason being the money . If I was abused in the way she describe but remember she’s an actress with fake tears, I would have immediately walked out and made an officially complaint . Then we have Asian woman on gmtv who was infatuated with GIO and would not stop talking about him and putting his arm around him and having fun when training then she made a complaint. Whether the accused prof dancers are innocent or otherwise-they stay or go, or even whether the show maintains; it’s pathetic that people -just because they like the show or even have a thing for the prof dancer involved, are condemning the complainant more than if they were judge and jury, but as if they were there in the room all the time the dancing pair were training-, as if so convinced in their defence they’re sending death and rape threats? Although just as important not to condemn without validity and proof, that behaviour right there tells you the struggle people have in speaking out.

Lets see the evidence before writing it off. Also, the professional dancer who kicked the celebrity has left the show so there must have been pretty damning evidence for him to admit to 'one kick'.
