When Rengoku fought Akaza, there was a moment in their battle where Rengoku said Akaza was faster than the blink of an eye, so inorder to cut off his head he had to move close to him with a speed that exceeds the blink of an eye... That's extremely fast and a titans head will be cut off in no time.
Rengoku also said he made assumptions on where akaza would attack cause he as a human can't move that fast so that means he's pretty good at predicting stuff as well
