Hi feekee. My brother is in UK. He pursue his degree in Uk as a student visa. But he wanted to quit his studies and move to Canada as tourist visa and apply for work visa there in Canada. Will this whole process succeed? Suggest me as soon as possible.

Hello, did you disclose the purpose of visit as job search while applying for visitor visa? Are there chances of it getting rejected if we mention the reason? And if not then will there be a problem while getting work permit later?
If a person got lmia, what about the spouse and kids, they will also get some kind of visa?

1. I am planning to move to Edmonton in January'24 as I have my long term partner there but I can't find any good PG programs in IT open for January intake.
( Should I opt for a diploma/Post diploma)
(If I take program in eg- Toronto will that create a problem in me getting a job in Edmonton because of difference in province)

I really appreciate how and what u said in the video. I have been watching u for a long time but never commented. But today, I couldn't stop myself from writing this here. I am professionally a licensed immigration consultant myself. So, the way u covered everything in this video is commendable. I see a lot of other bloggers who make videos without complete knowledge of Canadian immigration and when u tell them that, please look at immigration laws before giving wrong info. They feel offended.
N BTW medical if required when your stay is more than 6 months. So for a work permit application, u need medicals. That too it should be passed before going to border. Which means once u get medical done you cant just walkin the same day or next day to border to do flagpole. The officer can send u back until the time it isn't passed. I have been in Immigration industry for many years and would love to help people who are genuinely looking for guidance to move to Canada. Feel free to write to me at suchi@planaheadimmigration.ca.

Hi folks. Thanks for the video. It’s very informative. Can you add some more insight on questions list or make separate videos on immigration border Interview. It’s basically Flag pooling you forgot to mention. It’s bit risky though several in my connection got depot letter immediately by visa officer on spot as you mentioned officer may find something glitch during their interview . So can you make seperate video what questions they ask , what should they prepare before appear for interview. Hope this helps. Just for helping hands 🎉

Also I had a question that like I got my LMIA approved and got my visa as well but I finished 8 months of my Visa here in India because of some unforeseen circumstances and could not go to Canada yet and start my job so my question is ki kya Canada mein extend ho jaayega Work permit so that main PR apply kar paaun?

@@mehulpatel_ms_ I got it by applying for it myself and not taking help from consultants because I feel they just want to mint money from us or get us fake and paid LMIA’s and I don’t want to get into trouble so I applied myself
