there's no way the call could involve that person, a serious investigation is underway to identify the perpetrator by ukranian intelligence. without a doubt you mean the 12 second video, where the russian shoots a ukranian soldier who's already surrendered and is smoking a cigarette for saying 'slava ukrani', before the russian says 'die b*tch' and opens fire. originally shared on march 6th, 2023, with the actual event taking place on december 30th, 2022, in the outskirts of soledar, east of bakhmut. the victim was forced to dig his own grave before being executed. the ukranian soldier is Oleksandr Ihorovych Matsievskyi, 42, a moldovan who moved to ukraine at 28. he was an electrician who was called into service to defend ukraine in march of 2022, forced to leave behind his wife and 19 year old. he fought around bakhmut from november onwards. may he rest in peace.
