There's something everyone knows but I never see ingame for Cassidy Ultimate : The delay time is base on target missing health. Most of Cass players press Q when ennemies are full HP, it is more effective if they are half or low. It is like this since ow1.

This ultimate has been in the game since it's initial release, and somehow was able to miss entirely, despite being a lock on hit scan, and simultaneously able to do 9999 damage if you jiggle your head violently
I'm guessing it refreshes the build up for the deadeye and multiplies it for some reason, it's probably a hit box bug refreshing the crit every time dead eye looks at it
It’s like hitting a piñata. You spin around until your dizzy. Then take aim and fire with no guarantee that you’ll hit anything. But with piñatas it’s because you’re blindfolded, in ow2 it’s because the server is blindfolded

Deadeye is one of the most iconic ultimates in the game and I feel like can never be reworked but it needs to change in some way, it’s buggy and is so weak compared to so many ults in the game currently.
Just a guess how the bug works, maybe it because the lock on does the amount of health compared to how much it’s charged but if you fully lock on and look away and back again the lock stays so by looking off camera once fully locked on an enemy (and therefore unlocking on) and then back again it adds another value of health needed to kill the enemy on top of the one you already had because it treats it like a different enemy that needs to be locked on
I've been doing this for weeks now after seeing Marblrs video on his deadeye pls don't let the masses know 💀, Mccas can't even kill anyone with that damn ult anyways it's the only thing he's got going for him
I miss when McCree could out snipe a widow and put down tanks with fan the hammer. and his grenade used to kill. Sucks when you are not allowed to be a cowboy with a big iron on his hip.

Its not. Even if it was. Dead eye, an ability that auto locks onto your opponent. Would not be affected at all by the hitboxes.
