@@theimanimichelle Fellow Sneaker Head here. Lol. Dunks are like heels, 2 hours max or you’ll be in recovery. Also. Jordan 11s. That could be a good option. They seem to have more cushion in the shoe.

8:37 I dry brush in the morning before a shower. I massage myself in oil before I dry brush in addition to drinking plenty of water to help with lymphatic drainage. Then I take a cool shower.
Dry brushing before you shower is supposed to be great for your lymphatic system! @ivytinag…. Do you feel like adding the oil to your skin before you dry brush (versus after the shower)- deters the exfoliating- or helps? #justcurious!
With the aluminum free deodorant... you have to give your body time to detox. It can take a couple months. So it doesn't mean the deodorant doesnt work per se. Give you body time to adjust.
