u have to understand that u don't jus drop 30 different concealer shades from the time rihanna stuff was announce til now business doesn't work that way, it takes time to make that many different formulas to go with that many different skin tones, those concealer had to be at least a year in the making, she has even said before it takes about six month's to get the lipsticks right and they already have a base formula, Kylie prob already had that project under development when rihanna dropped, businesses have a business plan at the beginning of each year telling the company what they r working and releasing on bcuz if they didn't she should fire her whole team bcuz without it ur not going to b successful or make money, ppl forget that Kylie cosmetics is a company, not jus Kylie doing whatever

u have to understand that u don't jus drop 30 different concealer shades from the time rihanna stuff was announce til now business doesn't work that way, it takes time to make that many different formulas to go with that many different skin tones, those concealer had to be at least a year in the making, she has even said before it takes about six month's to get the lipsticks right and they already have a base formula, Kylie prob already had that project under development when rihanna dropped, businesses have a business plan at the beginning of each year telling the company what they r working and releasing on bcuz if they didn't she should fire her whole team bcuz without it ur not going to b successful or make money, ppl forget that Kylie cosmetics is a company, not jus Kylie doing whatever

yeah, but it's a bit annoying. It feels like they never realized that darker people use makeup too, and even alot of brands that released really dark shades had ASHEY af shades. Riri genuinely cared when making products for darker weomen, and now all these brands want to jump on the bandwagon because they can make money.
