Dynast politics aren't dynamic. History proves that oftentimes people from the Elitist background who have never seen struggle never make great leaders, with exception ofc. Rahul Gandhi was elected MP 2004 , 2009 and 2014 from Amethi, UP and 2019 in Waynad. The point is he has never ever handled any Ministery or any Admistrative position. This raises serious doubt about his capability as a leader who can deliver. As of today I would consider Akhilesh Yaday or even Tejaswi Yadav havin more leadership qualities than Rahul, given that they handled more portfolios, albeit mishandled them. Unless Rahul handles any Ministry and delivers, no one will consider him as a serious candidate. Its like - Rahul wants to learn fly without knowing how to stand or walk.
Even if INDIA Alliance wins he will refuse any ministry and he will work as a normal MP.
