I'm from the US and can't recommend it enough at trying pancakes with bacon in them!! Streaky bacon, as well, as you guys would call it! Absolutely must be streaky bacon. We made a batch of pancakes with the bacon strips (super crispy, chewy strips won't be as good xDD) laid directly into the cooking pancake. Superb.

If you get dirty cutlery..use vinegar on a napkin to wipe the germs away..sorted..we do it all the time..only way to guarantee clean cutlery..😉🤭x

Thin, definitely! I feel with the chunkier ones, the potato right in the center ends up too dry at times.
They need to be fluffy in the middle in a thick chip for me
