Makes sense, since human beings have hand-eye coordination reflex. Eyes are the visible part of the brain, you can even supress your fear response by doing EMDR (eyes movement). So by doing mudras hands movement you are in fact manipulating your eyes/brain/nervous system too.

Have you heard of Kuji Kiri from ninjutsu? They are like Mudras but we’re created to put people into a different state of being and used by ninja for warfare. There are stories of how it’s actually allowing demonic possession and has a lot of painful spiritual and mental drawbacks.
Id hope this doesn’t say anything about Mudras, as Mudras are about meditation and healing and not warfare, but it still was scary to see as someone exploring my meditation and spiritual options.

that might explain how i brought my friend warren back to life after being dead between 1-2 hours. he died in the shower while we were moving. my bf at the time told me something might be wrong cuz the shower was still running and he wasnt answering. i had to climb through the small bathroom window to get to him. he was flat on his back, legs up against the shower wall under the shower head, and the cold water cause the blood to cool down much faster so it looked like a corpse after 8-9 hours. he was a very white man that looked like uncle fester. on that day, at that moment he was greyish blue. i screamed, "no warren!" as i screamed those 2 words, i threw both hands straight down towards his body without touching him. 3 people watched from the window and they are scared of me to this day. his body changed color, then he groaned saying no no no no.... when he bent his legs it was as if they broke. he was very angry with me. 7 or 8 months later i told him he would be dead in less than a year. he just bought his first house in Waynesboro Tennessee, and somebody found him in his driveway dead. i wasnt there to save him that day so im sure he is glad i wasnt lol.
