looks like a fun time. I still got to what for a reasonably priced downpipe for my 2.3l turbo gas Ranger here in the US. We don't get the cool diesel models in North America. We still have our gun so I can't get to upset.
Thanks for the video mate. Installing one the same myself. Just with the gaskets mate did u use the original gasket on the turbo. And gaskets that come with the kit did u just use gasket cement between each join . Does it dry fast before tightening everything down after install
I happen to like the factory “suction sound” when backing off the accelerator. Did the new exhaust affect this - hard to tell from the video but it sounds diminished.
I have actually installed the same exhaust now on my none dpf 2014 BT50 and unfortunately is also gone. I was hoping the Mazda ECU and any other slight differences may have saved it even just a little bit. If I wasn’t getting an intercooler and ECU remap I wouldn’t do it again.
are you after loud noises or happy with a subtle rumble? this thing is super quiet and nearly goes un noticed from in cabin, but from outside with some rpm it's got a nice 5 cylinder rumble. could be made louder with a simple resonator delete if it's loud you're after :) definitely a decent system for the price.
So 2 years down the track is it still holding up? Literally the only reason I’ve not gotten one is I read somewhere their steel is Chinese, can’t deny the price tho
Still in perfect condition mate. only thing I've changed is the rear section from side to down facing due to fitting longer shackles. I may do a short video soon looking over it as a few seem interested to know. Thanks for watching :)
George Dimitri hi mate. turbo back is a full exhaust from the turbine all the way through to the rear of the vehicle, whereas dpf back retains the factory dump pipe/dpf with the aftermarket sections beginning at the tail end of the dpf through to the rear. hope this clarifies.
If you don't have the answer then keep your opinion to yourself. I'm asking an honest question to the the gentleman that made the video we only have the 2.3l ecoboost here in the US and I was /am curious if there are different options out there
Thanks for the detailed video, mate. Sounds awesome 👍👍
Good video mate thanks for the assistance

Great video
Just bought one for my 2012 Ranger px 2.2lit. Should be great after I fit it.
How did you go? I have the same 2.2l 2015. Cheers bud!
Hey mate, I too have a 2.2L, any updates?
Just bought my 2013 px ranger 3.2l inline 5
After 12 months on the ute how is the exhaust going? Looking at this or the Torqit.
Is yours manual ?
Is that a DPF or is that the Cat converter on your dump pipe from turbo?
Great. I’m looking at doing this, thanks. Do you have a link for the exhaust
Hey mate I'm wanting to make my 2021 Ford Everest Trend sound louder and I like what you've done,is it possible to do with mine
What about dpf filter and the computer ecu and how did you deal with that
whats the noise from 2nd to 3rd.
Hey mate does tgis car have dpf with the exhaust or did u get a dpf delete
I happen to like the factory “suction sound” when backing off the accelerator. Did the new exhaust affect this - hard to tell from the video but it sounds diminished.
Yes mate, unfortunately the howl between gear changes have gone.

Is that still the stock engine?
Hey mate did you have any troubles with the vehicle after removing the dpf or did you get it tuned?
His Ranger is a non DPF version
hi mate, as nick as mentioned, the vehicle is early '16 which makes it pre DPF.
sounds good mate was thinking about buying the same exhaust system

@@humbertron1000 yes only want the nosie on the outside not in the cabin wonder what a snorkel wound do to the sound
thanks for a great review 👌
sticky0420 funny you ask mate, keep your eyes peeled for a future snorkel instal and sound video :)

Where did you get that straight piece of pipe for your stock exhaust?

Hi mate question what’s the difference between dpf back and turbo back ?or is it the same thing

Cheers mate thanks for that
Just wondering if you think it needs a tune to run well or if it’s going good with just the exhaust? Sounds great btw
It'll run fine with the exhaust, but run a lot better with a tune as well
Looking for an excuse to get a tune I see.
Tell me where can I buy this
hi mate, i purchased this system from ppdperformance.com.au
hope that slab is not a waffle pod :P
I don't recall did you say its diesel?
Cars just aren't for you buddy

@@themaxinator002 thank you
sorry for delayed reply mate, yes vehicle is 3.2l 5 cylinder diesel. :)
Is that truck still got the stock turbo or ?
William Mackenzie yes mate turbo is stock :)
How much for the exhaust?
$699 or something like that not including postage
When i put mine in, it sounds like shit on idle, they sound terrible
Dunno mate, mine sounds slightly deeper at idle unless it’s cold, then it sounds like a vacuum cleaner
Drill the cat out bro, waaaayy better sound 👌🏾
At enormous environmental costs - no thankyou
How much did you drill the cat out by? Like several 10mm holes or drilled out completely?
@@idiotonbike diesels good for the environment. plants love it
you you mean drill straight thru the dpf?
Didn’t sound good to be honest! Stock is better
Sounds weak
