This was the most important conversation ever floated in Kenya, but everyone fumbled it...the media personalities were ignorant and arrogant, and Mbogo - while having his finger on the issues- was not strongly articulate or even allowed to finish all his thinking clearly.
I have hated the Kenyan political culture for almost 5 decades, and it is primarily because of Kenyas incompetent MEDIA and its mediocre politicians.
The last time Kenya had a serious media personality in the Fourth Estate, was Hillary Ng'weno.
This is why Kenya is so confused and can't even begin to understand the issues Mbogo is trying to articulate.

The presenters are experiencing cognitive dissonance, a mental situation in which a person becomes extremely uncomfortable and repulsive towards new ideas and information that challenge their life-long known truths. People experiencing this can even get physicaly aggressive and Steve should have tagged his security details along before challenging these people's truths. If you ever elect me as President, I will spare religion but will reign hard on education, it's producing good looking graduates stuffed with western gabbage inside, like those sofas you buy along Jogoo Road. A graduate incapable of critical thinking but compliant with all western stands. On a second thought, this is censorship, they called Steve here to silence him, thank God it backfired. Sir, I believe in what Steve is saying. I believe there is a group of individuals whose main aim is to lead this world and have us depending on them in the name of New World Order. The panelists also seem to understand and seem to be in agreement with Steve. But there is one thing you are ignoring, that conversation is being listened to by people who know nothing about NWO, who knows nothing about who exactly is making those policies Ruto is implementing blindly. That group of listeners who have no idea at all on what is happening globally. So when the panelists ask those questions, the hard questions, they are not to silence Steve, but they are to give Steve and opportunity for him to express his knowledge and explain it well to all people, the smart and the illiterate.
I believe Steve Hasan idea on what is happening but his failure to give examples when asked, just showed that he doesn't really understand how NWO and western countries have impacted or are controlling us. He also needs to do his research well. Lastly sir, when you are asked questions, those hard questions, the ones you can't answer, it should be a wake up call for you to go back and do extensive research on that particular topic.... Steve Mbogo is mostly loaded and he appears to understand the underpinning currents that sway Kenyan policies - the imperialists powers whose agenda override Kenyan agenda. The more I listen to the hosts, despite their good questions, the more I realize how naive they are to the global interests and how these consequentially affect Kenyan interests to the ground. Mbogo was making important points. He may not have been able to effectively articulate them, but to anyone who understands the bilateral interests, you definitely pick out his theory.

The problem in Kenya, is that it is impossible to have a conversation on policy, ideology, strategy, etc. without it fundamentally becoming about which side of the political divide do I perceive you to support!
What has happened in Kenya is this: The Gikuyu (and by delegation the Kalenjin) were the beneficiaries of alignment with the "global West" - the imperial powers - and used their access to further dominate and marginalize other communities locally. Some of these other communities resisted and even rebelled, to severe consequences (especially regarding economic survival) so they sought their own alliances with the outside world (foreign sources). Now that some of these outside/marginalized communities have established some support systems ( with factions in the West, with the Arab and Muslim world, etc) the same battle that was going on between the foreign powers, has been brought into the Kenyan local political space. So Kenya, is in no way "sovereign" but a playground of competing global interests. And the Kenyan mouths that speak are merely advancing the interests and narratives of their sponsors (or those they hope to align with).

I think the interviewers failed this time, they did not allow Steve Mbogo to explain what he thought and believed just because he had a contrary opinion to theirs, infact at some point they kept on bombarding him with issues back to back. Now Steve has said that this loans that were taken by Uhuru government were illegal, the same thing that James Wanjigi said, explained and demonstrated - now the panel is disagreeing. I think the issue with loans is not a limit thing, the illegality comes with expenditure and wether these funds actually hit the consolidated fund.
Steve is also right; there seems to be global agenda to demotivate small scale farmers in favour of big corporations; hence the farmers demos in France, Germany, Switzerland etc. It is sinister the control that few corporations like Bayer - Monsato, Dupont, Limagrain and Syngenta control seeds, animal feed, pesticides and even fertilizers. There's definiely more to this....

@wanjohimuriuki4726 This was not a thesis, and it's not a theory. These things happened. He even gave dates in 1946. Even CT said it began before then.
The issue was that Nduh wanted to discuss the hustler narrative in the Kenyan context. When Mbogo went outside her script, she lost it and didn't give him space to connect it all together.
Bottom line, the show was a shouting match and painful to watch.

On this one, Spice team you let us down. It reminds me of the atmosphere in 2020/2021 when certain prominent global media outlets seemed determined to monopolize the narrative around what constituted a conspiracy theory rather than allowing the individual to express their perspective freely and then examining it objectively without prejudice. In today's interview, there was a tendency to dismiss or shut down viewpoints that deviated from a "prescribed narrative". As events continue to unfold and more information comes to light, we may look back at this exchange and question why there was an absence of probing, nuanced inquiry. You appeared content to take a pedestrian approach, neglecting the opportunity for a deeper exploration of the claims being put forth. The handling of this interview in my opinion, could be viewed as symptomatic of a broader societal failure to engage with controversial or unorthodox ideas in an open and impartial manner.

Actually Mbogo has strong points he just didn't come out strong. Just do some bit of homework and you will actually agree with him.
Through our debt our economy is actually externally controlled. Our gvt is also externally controlled as well.
The sending of police to Haiti, is a good example. The taxing of Fuel through VAT is as a result of IMF.
Mbogos points have been summarilly dismissed by gross blanket generalizations.
The honours are on Mbogo to polishup his urguments, come with a bag of facts and not accept or rather fight these easy generalisations.
The global control of sovereign nations have its fingerprints everywhere.

Surely someone asking whether it was in our interests to send our soldiers to Congo; as we discuss the legitimacy of sending the same to Haiti!!! Is the asker for lack of a better word, someone living in Kenya??? Or just in awe of the president or hoping for a favour; because of appearing to be in support of sending our soldiers to a butchery! People be very sincere; we cannot compare Congo with Haiti. The latter is a butchery. Former Chief Justice Mutunga just confirmed our worst fears; the first dispatch has already casualties returned in plastic bags. Which family is ready for that scenario. Kenyans complaints were that formerly the Kenya police were sent to places where it was required to just monitor peace in situations where anarchy had not escalated like the Haiti confrontations. This is a serious war zone, more suited for the army rather than the police.
