re 13:05 - at 12:30 they're driving across Neude, which is within 10 minutes walking distance from utrecht central station - they're driving through the shopping centre of the 4th biggest city in the Netherlands somewhere in the afternoon on a working day.
There's just as many people traveling there as you'd expect in a busy suburb, except they're all walking/cycling instead of driving their car, if you pay close attention you'll see lots of clusters of cyclists/pedestrians behind the line of parked cars, but they're much less visible from the road because they're not taking up several square meters of road surface per person and because they're partially hidden behind a safety barrier of road infrastructure and parked cars ;)

Lunteren Fire Department. Also posted a new video. And the past few weeks too. With a fire in a car dealership. On a farm and an attic fire.
The where are all the cars is simple. The inner city tries to reduce car traffic so only people that really need to be there with their car are there. Parts of the route are busses only so that also helps. The result is that there are cars but so little they can easy wave in and out when needed as you can clearly see. In the first 1min they start to really move they are driving through in innercity if this would be 1970/1980's it would be a whole different story many cars there when i was a kid.
