  • Will there be any believers in hell? In this video I explore this question from an interesting angle.
One thing is for sure, there will be no atheists in hell.

We are saved by grace alone, through faith alone. When a person exercises true saving faith, they are born again. When a person is born again, this produces a transformation. The works that come from this transformation are NOT meritorious of salvation in ANY way, but rather are the evidence of the born-again experience.

@@williamacuff7707 Well 1st John was written to believers, people that r going to heaven and the Holy Spirit through the pen of John said" If we say we have no sin, we decieve ourselves, and the truth is not in us" 1:8. Also in Galatians 2:11-14 Paul calls out Peter for his hypocrisy of treating gentiles like they were equal but then acting differently when the jews were around, " so that even Barnabas was led astray by their hypocrisy " 1:13, and in verse 14 " But when I saw that their conduct was not in step with the truth of the gospel ". U said that It's joy unspeakable continuously which means we r sinless, willful sin that is. What sin R NOT willful? What sin have u committed that wasn't ur fault? Any sin I commit is on me that's what willful means. I did this based on my will 4 myself. So based on ur remarks u don't believe Peter who we know was saved as evidence of his having the Holy Spirit, Acts chapter 2, is in heaven because he wasn't SINLESS? 1 John chapter 1 plainly shows that followers of Christ or believers r NEVER SINLESS in this life.

It makes me think of "depart from me for I never knew you" - "knew" being a sign of intimacy, even the demons believe Jesus is the Son of God so we must put faith IN Jesus' work and not faith in our faith or faith such as believing 2+2=4... I think saving faith will always lead to outward actions bringing us into ever increasing intimacy with God but we need to be opening His word daily, praying for His wisdom, etc

Depart from Me I never knew you, workers of lawlessness. Think about it, have you perfectly obeyed the law? If not, you WERE a worker of lawlessness. This is the sinner born of Adam that you WERE. Jesus is saying goodbye to that sinner, the old you according to the flesh. The weed (tare) that still tries to choke the new you, that is born of the spirit, to this very day until Jesus throws that old you into the furnace to be destroyed for all time-until that Day you must wrestle against it.
This is why the weeds (the old sinner you, of the flesh, of Adam) are not gathered yet lest the wheat (new you in Christ) be pulled up out of the earth with it.
Test all things. I’ve had this in my heart for years now but can never word it the way I want to & people have told me that I’m wrong that the tares are the unsaved & the wheat is the saved. Which is exactly what I’m saying. The old sinful flesh me is not being saved, but thrown into the furnace to be burned forever, but the new spirit me that is in Christ is being saved & kept forever by Jesus. That is the me Jesus knows. The me that He has always known & always seen me as. He never knew that sinner me because that was a false identity. My identity in Christ is my true identity. Jesus is my true identity. Jesus is the truth. Every one of us who take pleasure in unrighteousness will be thrown into the fire (the flesh). Every one of us who love the truth will be saved (the spirit).

It is self evident. God has indeed revealed Himself in all creation. Interestingly this is somewhat enshrined in the US Constitution.
" We hold these truths to be self evident. That all men are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights........".
Our founding fathers knew the truth of God's existence. Sadly though, our nation is running g blindly in the opposite direction. So sad, but it is a sign of the latter days foretold.

Up to the 1:20ish min. mark, the whole "unrepentant, walking in sin, lukewarm Christians - are not real Christians" flies completely in the face of the entire message of all four gospels. There are so many examples of Christians (followers of Jesus Christ) whom Jesus Himself refers to as 'servants' (and distinguished from the unbelievers), that begin well but fail to 'endure' or 'obey', and end up in hell - not because they stopped believing (faith) but because they produced no fruit in their lives (fruit being the pursuit of holiness by putting sin out of their lives and by responding to the guidance of the Spirit in them to do the good works set aside for every believer to follow - Gal.6:7/8 clearly says that if we as believers don't sow to the Spirit we will not inherit, and that if we don't aggressively put sin out of our lives we will face condemnation).
In Romans 8:12/13, Paul reiterates the message of the gospels when he writes, "Therefore brethren (born-again believers, true Christians), we are debtors - not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. For if you live according to the flesh, you will die. But if by the Spirit, you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live". How can such a statement be made if true, born-again Christians are 'locked-in' to Christ's inheritance?
This passage and Gal, 6:7/8, along with the entirety of all four gospels and many other warnings throughout the NT against allowing sin into our lives, goes 100% against the OSAS lie and the heresy that these scriptures only apply to 'fake Christians'.
What a Christian does in their walk matters just as much as their profession of faith does!!!!! Gal.6:7 begins with -"DON'T BE DECEIVED. GOD IS NOT MOCKED, for whatever a man sows, that he shall reap - to the flesh, death - to the Spirit, eternal life". This is the exact same message from the gospels. It is the exact same message from the OT (Eze.3:20, 18:19-32). The message is consistent and therefore reliable to believe.
The idea that a Christian can fall away and/or become entangled in sin and that these things can separate the believer from their inheritance was supported by the early church fathers: Irenaeus wrote in "Against Heresies",
"For as, among men, those sons who disobey their father, being disinherited, are still their sons in the course of nature, but by law are disinherited, for they do not become the heirs of their natural parents; so in the same way is it with God - those who do not obey Him being disinherited by Him, have ceased to be His sons. Wherefore they cannot receive his inheritance."
Remember, beyond just the unsaved there is a special class of those who will be condemned - 2 Peter 2:20/21, "For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, the latter end is worse for them than the beginning. For it would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them".
If you, as a Christian, are living in sin - STOP. You have fallen off of the path, and if you think that a "Forgive me Lord" is your only response and have no real intention nor are actively moving to put that sin out of your life - think again. Get rid of that sin! Get up off your arse and be about God's good works. You will fool yourself into hell if you think you can never lose your salvation.

Matthew 7:21-23. Many will say on that day, But lord, lord, why look at what we have done. For we find it in 2 Thess. 1:5-12 "This is evidence of the righteous judgment of God, that you may be considered worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you are also suffering- since indeed God considers it just to repay with affliction those who afflict you, 7 and to grant relief to you who are afflicted as well as to us, when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his mighty angels in flaming fire, inflicting vengeance on those who do not know God and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. They will suffer the punishment of eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might, when he comes on that day to be glorified in his saints, and to be marveled at among all who have believed, because our testimony to you was believed. To this end we always pray for you, that our God may make you worthy of his calling and may fulfill every resolve for good and every work of faith by his power, so that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ."

@@lionoffireraw I was being sarcastic but it can be taken too far by adding obedience and piety to extreme measures that the believers constantly look within their selves rather than resting on Christ’s obedience. Sanctification is his work in the believer. “Do this and live” is law language. Lordship doctrine is better rather than inserting “Salvation” implies Christ plus your obedience.
Also how obedient does one have to be in order to be justified? Easy believe is also why this doctrine came about. Has to be a distinction of law and grace.

To go to hell you have to commit a grave sin that destroys charity in the heart of the sinner constituting a turn-away from God. For this type of sin to be committed, three conditions must exist.
    1. Grave matter (for example: murder)
    2. Full knowledge of the evil of the act.
    3. Full consent of the will.

    • @OffDoodyDad78

It's not the severity of the sin that sends someone to hell, it's unforgiven sin. All sin brings death and separation from God, and judgement - only those who put their faith IN Jesus' sacrifice as a personal payment for their sins will be forgiven. Be careful about putting sin into categories as it tends to lighten the seriousness of the sin as the seriousness of the sin is WHO we sin against and not exactly what we've done (with or without knowledge). I do agree that God sees murder as a sin worthy of greater judgement than cheating on a math test, but without Jesus being our sacrifice both are enough to send us to hell. If you stole $100 from your mom it wouldn't go so well, if you stole $100 from your local grocery store it would be even worse and $100 from the President it would be again worse than the previous two - so it's not what you've done but that you've done it in rebellion to the Creator of all things. We all have a conscious, we know when we do wrong so the "full knowledge" or "full consent of the will" I think is addressed when your conscious tells you something isn't right yet you do it and then it convicts you after the act as well - we have no excuse but humans are great at coming up with excuses... but God cannot be deceived - better to just humble yourself, go to Him in prayer and admit to your sins and ask for forgiveness.

This kind of talk is very strange ( that's not a compliment); saying believers in he'll needs to be defined, meaning " "believing " is one things; we see much "believing" in the New Testament when Christ our Lord was here on earth, and yet , after calling them " believers " many times the LORD JESUS also said believing wasn't the kind of a surrendered life to His absolute Lordship, which left them only believing externally, not quickened by the mighty Holy Spirit, genuinely, born of the Spirit of regeneration; thus truly being the right kind of believer, saved, sanctified, washed, and belonging to the Lord; so accordingly what I'm saying, so people don't get confused, and misunderstand this idea of what so called" believers " in he'll means, and who they are! Simply put their believing wasn't the right kind of believing, mostly external, a spectator kind of believing, so if they're ending up in hell, they're believing wasn't accepted of the LORD, but true " "believers" brought to genuine repentance, received of God, and regenerated of the Holy Spirit aren't in thar category of " believers " in hell ! It's important this be clearly explained, and understood, otherwise many could be hurt, and misconstrue whose a true believer not in hell, and whose a believer, but not one accepted of the LORD, and not going to he'll, amen? Amen. I don't doubt the one speaking here is well intended ( I truly hope ) just ant to be sure God's children don't misunderstand, and get hurt. Love to all!

Sin is a sickness and we are sick of sin and we will keep on sinning daily while we have this body and we cannot be sinless but we will sin less thanks to Christ Who changes us. Nobody ever told someone who cathes a cold to repent of their cold or to repent of their sneezing and caughing as they cannot, how can then we repent of sin? Jesus said it is not the healthy that need a physician but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance. In Greek this word of repentance is metanoya which means change of mind. Have you ever got sick and you didnt want to go to the doctor but tried curing yourself with tea ans soup and etc and perhaps failed and what do you do then, you change your mind and go to the doctor. Even so we need to recognise our need for Jesus and go to Him and have full trust solely in Him and His finished work. And how do we recognise our need for Jesus? By knowing and trying to obey the law and seeing we keep on failing,we cannot perfectly keep it but Jesus was tempted at all points as we and yet without sin.
Shedding of blood is required for remission of sins and our wages is death for sin and Jesus did that,He shed His blood and died on the cross,He paid our debt in full, all we gotta do is trust in Him.
You mght say this is free license to sin but the saved person is born again and thus has Holy Spirit and is thus slave no more to unrighteousness but righteousness so naturally your new you wont desire to sin and sins you do you do not but the sin that lives in you, according to Paul.
It is all about Jesus and trusting in Him. The Lord is my Shepard,i shall not want. Jesus says I am the Good Shepard. Just trust in Him. God bless.
Btw,the lukewarm are those who believe that Jesus is real and that He is Who He says He is but they dont believe in Him,they believe their own works. Read carefully next time what Jesus says of people who are Lukewarm and what they should do.

Christianity is a strange religion because of its weird concept of sin.
The sin argument is an interesting one.
Christian apologists claim that Adam and Eve were created perfect but they had freewill - hence why they sinned.
The problem with this claim is that if they were created perfect then they should have always made perfect decisions.
Imperfection does not give birth to perfection.
That goes against the rules of logic.
    PERFECTION BEGATS PERFECTION.
    IMPERFECTION BEGATS IMPERFECTION.
    Logic always wins.
Therefore, the Christian apologists claim is completely wrong from a logical standpoint - of course, that is if we are using the same logical parameters to assess this topic in the same way we would assess everything else in life.
Of course, the Eden story is entirely mythological - but Christian apologists interpret the story literally - thats the problem.
    You see,
All the geographical locations in the bible are actually real - so are the various people groups mentioned in the bible.
But all the stories are entire mythological and consist of allegory and metaphor.
In fact, all the worlds organised religions are actually the same in this manner.
Ancient Humans were simply trying to understand the world around them and their greater purpose - so they wrote what they SURMISED was Gods nature and mixed in their own folklore tales with it.
They then put these ALLEGORICAL hybrid tales into books and the resulting end products are what you would call the so called "holy books" from the various people groups around the world.
There is nothing surprising about this.
Thats just human beings behaving like human beings.
Throughout the thousands of years people groups from around the world have done this.
The trick is to make the various resulting religions work for YOUNG.
Rather than YOU working for these religions.
Hell was not taught as a lake of eternal torture by fire in the Old Testament.
The greek idea of hell in the New Testament is very easy to explain.
Let us first examine the Jews.
The orthodox Jews claim that both Christianity and Islam are actually BASTARDISATIONS of orthodox Judaism.
The orthodox Jews do not believe in hell as a place of eternal torture by fire.
That would explain why greek ideas of hell have been put in Jesus's mouth by the greek writers of the New Testament.
Especially, considering that in order for any person to learn greek 2000 years ago the only greek writings actually available to actually PRACTICE learning the greek language were greek mythological epics which documented precisely greek ideas of hell.
For example, Hades and Tartarus are terms for hell copied straight from the greek mythological epics which contained these concepts and ideas.
People simply learnt these Greek epics as a way of practicing reading and writing greek as the main greek writings were all mythological works.
The New Testament writers then copied these greek ideas of hell into the greek
New Testament they were writing and assigned Christian concepts to them.
The New Testament is a fusion of Judaism and Greek mythology.
Hellinistic Judaism is well documented by Orthodox Jews themselves.
    It was eventually suppressed -
but It re-emerged as New Testament Christianity in 325ad.
The difference is that this time it was backed by the state of Rome in what became known as Roman Catholicism.
ALL, the various protestant denominations copied these doctrines as they branched off from Roman Catholicism.
They left out other doctrines and took the main doctrines into their new Protestant version of Christianity.

I thank God that Jesus has proved himself reliable to answer all the big questions of life: origins, destination, morality, and meaning.
Attempts to undermine the veracity of the Bible have failed for millennia. The Bible has been proven reliable historically and archaeologically, and fulfilled prophecy proves its Divine origin. The historic resurrection proves that Jesus is in fact, God. He fulfilled numerous specific prophecies, claimed to be God in the flesh, and then backed it up by rising from the dead.
When anyone claims that we can’t know the answers, or something is not possible, they don’t realise that the answers have already been revealed.
All of this truth is well-established, and even a cursory look on the Internet will reveal the evidence for this. The problem is that they don’t want to believe. They set up an arbitrary, subjective standard of evidence, (which means nothing), so in their minds they feel justified in not believing. But all the evidence is there 😃
