When the hostess was walking y'all to your table I was thinkin... "She gettin ready to walk them out the back door." 🤣🤣🤣
We asked to be put somewhere private. Lol. But we ended up with people all around us and there was empty seats in one section with only one family. It's easier to do these reviews around nobody so we don't disturb other people. 😎😎
that is where we dined one night in gatlinburg. we stayed at the hampton inn, and there was a creek that ran right by our room.

Myron Mixon really likes this place . That’s how I found about it. I see both of you prefer your steaks med well , I’m a rare guy myself but I could tell they were tender by the way you were cutting them. You did a very nice job showcasing the restaurant.

Have heard a lot about the Cherokee grill a few family members have ate there they said it was really good y'all steak look really good just got back from Cherokee North Carolina went to the casino down there first day I was down several hundred dollars next day I was up a few thousand dollars I did the smart thing and quit j&b till next video take care God bless

The El Presidente Porterhouse at The Alamo in Gatlinburg is my favorite steak. I've yet to try this place, but I'm making it a point to soon.

We ate the Sunday Brunch there March 6th when we was in Gatlinburg and it was really good! I got a vegetarian omelet with Neva potatoes which only they serve! My omelet was huge and great! The Neva potatoes were the BEST potatoes! You have to get them next time! Their baked with cream cheese and sour cream! My husband had a burger and fries and loved his too! We will definitely go back next time we're in Gatlinburg! Thank you for your reviews! I enjoy and learn so much from them!

Best steak in the Smoky Mountains in my opinion (David). We enjoyed our meal there. Glad y'all had a good experience too. Cindy liked the spicy macaroni and cheese with spinach. Good food and good service. Y'all are making us hungry! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Dave. Wish they gave 2 sides for the money but the steak was amazing. Our favorite steak so far is the Horseradish Parmesan Crusted Sirloin from the Alamo. It's cheap at lunch Tryit next time you are in Pigeon Forge. Thanks Giys for watching, 😎😎
@@jbinthehills funny that you said the same thing we said about not giving 2 sides. When we did our review we mentioned that in our review. On the menu it said 2 sides but when we asked about that they said they had just changed that. My steak was amazing and I would definitely go back.

That Cherokee grill has been there a long time. We have dined there a few years ago. The atmosphere is very nice. I would enjoy either one of your entrees but like John I’m not a grits man probably my Northern Ohio upbringing. There popular here in VB but still no no for me. Enjoy walking in that Mt. town. Best Wishes.

Yum to all of that, I'm not a huge fan of grits, but I eat them if they come with something when I'm out eating, I prefer cheesy grits. The steaks looked nice, but mine would have to be super well done. Thanks for taking us along, I always enjoy your reviews.

Everything looked seriously tasty! As far as the atmosphere goes, Cherokee Grill looked like almost every other restaurant, whereas Feasters on Teasters used more of the indigenous peoples culture. Now, if the restaurateurs had merged Feasters atmosphere and Cherokee Grill's menu. . . .

Well, I thought the grits looked awful dry and for the price you could have gotten a better steak at Longhorn steak house by the looks. However, I wasn't eating there! The bread at beginning of the service didn't impress me much either. I just think for 60 bucks there were better options, and you've covered a lot of them. I could kinda tell in your faces you were being kind and have eaten better. John is easy to read if he really loves something, lol! Bobby also dropped a few hints too!

My wife and I ate at the Cherokee Grill this past summer. Going in, we had high hopes based on the ratings. However, ordering an almost $40 ribeye, I was disappointed. The steak was tender but lacked ANY flavor. My wife had the prime rib, which she was happy with, but not as though it was the best prime rib she ever had. Frankly, I had a better steak (and for less money) out at the Steak and Trout in Townsend. And while the service was generally good, they never go my drink order correct after two tries. There are better steak places in the area and more that we have yet to try. Cherokee, you need to up your game.
We like the Almo restaurant, which is our favorite. I am sorry you didn't like your steak, 40 dollars is a lot to pay. Especially when it didn't have much flavor.😎😎

One side is becoming the industry standard, even at moderate priced places like Longhorn...one side and an add on charge for second side, soup, or salad. The way of the world.

It is right at the end of the parkway. It is walking distance but they do have a small parking lot in front of the restaurant 😎😎

We ate there Sept 2022...I had prosperity steak and husband had prime rib...it was terrible, both steaks so tough could not chew good..bread had floral taste....VERY DISAPPOINTED..will not be back, for that kind of $ I expected bettet

Been here. Food was terrible and service wasn't that good. We were definitely disappointed because the reviews were really good. Kinda wondering who did the reviews. I have no problem spending big on a good meal and time. At Cherokee I spent big and below average food and ok service. Save your money and try somewhere else
