Bhai logo, property wohi lo jo cash pe aap ke naam transfer ho sakay. Qiston wala chakar fraud ha. Choti property le lo but cash pe. Agar paisay kam hain to Garrion ki sale purchase start kar lo. Ya koi choti investment jis main owner aap khud hon fully.
Only invest in developed plots in DHA Lahore and Islamabad for overseas Pakistanis. Even apartments are not constructed at international standards. Poorly design, no privacy and ventilation.

100% agreed. When you see such aggressive marketing, with no results, and the circumstances come to a situation where you have to hire motivational speakers for your promotion. And the motivational speaker says as the disclaimer that this is not a promotion, you must understand that the project is not selling like a hot cake, that's why they are trying their best to attract the investors by this way or that.
Adding to this is when they also need to add religion as a selling point, and mention that they are the honest people, you must understand that there's something fishy fishy in that project.
I invested in Bharia orchard Broadway with Q links. I will call them big scammers not Developers. After investing in Pakistan in many projects I will strongly tell overseas investors. Only invest where u are based.

I bought a file from Blue World City - near ISB. Later I asked them to take full payment, and get me the registry. They refused, as they did not then own the land themselves. They had no NOC. Also they were famous for abduction and forceful landgrab.
So I stopped payment. Now my.3 lac are stuck. And none of the people i know, has up till this date gotten ownership.

Do your due diligence. Always buy towns or apartments which have been approved by the Development Authority and verify their claim. Most Development Authorities post the info on their website.
Blue World is a non approved housing society.
