you said link to your content only once around 04:00..well maybe a few seconds later.. what do you mean by it? can we create different pins for the same blog post and pin them a week apart still?

what she referred to was an old strategy that people talked about where you would pin a pin to the most relevant board and then repin that pin from that board to other ones. That's a very outdated strategy. Now you have to create unique pins and yes, you can pin them to the same URL, but not all in 1 day.
