Starting with (1.Backup iPhone data) you should backup all your data to either iTunes or iCloud in-order to avoid any accidental data loss, because is worlds most valuable resource. Second one is (2.Transfer your data) can use iOS build in transfer method while you setting up new iPhone or else you can restore your data from this iTunes backup on to your new iPhone. (3. Remove your data securly) must disable "find my" in-order to avoid activation lock then sign out of your apple ID from account settings thus it help us to sign out from AppStore,  Music by doing this nobody grab our data.(4.Keep your iPhone in good shape) condition of your iPhone plays a great roll when it comes to selling & keeping up the market value as high as possible, avoid dents, cracks & scratches. (5.Sell your iPhone) first study the current market value of your device, then sell it directly, trade-in or exchange. These are things you should know before selling your iPhone. So let's get started.
