    Sir in signs of infection you said especially Hypothermia..but generally infection means there will be hyperthermia ..then HOW sir?

      Dear Bharath, we are talking about neonates. In neonates, hypothermia is a more common and reliable sign of infection than hyperthermia.

    Sir, I'm waseem khan from Pakistan on 7 oct born my new baby but after delivery I bring him to doctor (children) for checkup. He admitted him in nursery later, they suggested me echocardiogram.
    In echocardiography final impressions is;
    1- Small secundum ASD with LT to RT shunt.
    2-Small mid muscular VSD with LT to RT shunt.
    3- mild PAH.
    Please kindly tell me is this serious or normal patient and also tell me that's general disease or rare.

      It is mild... no need to worry ... but take pediatric cardiology opinion and do regular follow up...
