"Lets go to War!" haha, Lucia makes me laugh. shes awesome
This is some of the best guitar/bass/banjo I have ever heard. Yes, and Lucia is awesome. My favourite band for quite some time. I miss the beard too :-\
Let's go!
I love the energy Lucia brings to the band. She's always so into the music, and a phenomenal bassist.
One of the best bands I've ever herd my hero's hands down
That was a dope breakdown, never expected one with the banjo. Props so talented on that bass
these guys are pretty special.. almost everyone can appreciate
3yrs later... it's still good stuff.
I'll see your 3yrs. And raise...
I loved finally getting to see these guys live last month at Pisgah Brewing! Great accompaniment for Trampled By Turtles!
dang it!! I missed that show, i had to work.. my two favorite bands right here in Asheville!! ha.. i knew that i'd drink too much and end up laying gracefully face down. next time they come around i'll call for a taxi! hope that you had a good time!! TBT!!!!
Damn that's a dream show right there.
These guys are a blast. I'd love to see em live!
Wonderful, amazing, talented! Can't get enough of them. Counting the days until February, when I can see them live for the first time! DM3, thank you for the great music!!!!!!!
Lucia crushed it on this one
Love this. Reminds me of the old style New Orleans street musicians before the T-Shirt shops and bars ruined it requiring permits to limit street musicians . Rhythm, with just a base, guitar, and banjo.
these guys are great. amazing live performances also
"Let's go to war!!!" ❤❤❤
lots of love from greece
Love the buzz the banjo player brings to the vocals. All in all superb.
Amazing love Fr these guys
I like it!!!
It's cool when you find a new song from a band you never heard from... plus they are awesome with lyrics, style, music and everything ^^ then you hope they have more good songs... and damn son every single song is a burner!
Love them! So very good….
Yes! Yes!!
Meet me down by the (mobile down?) trees
There's a thousand things you got to see to believe
Come on, lay those bones down at my feet
We're gonna look to the future, see what we see
Man, I say you future looks pretty damn dim
I couldn't say if you're gonna sink or swim
Give me five dollars and I'll sing you a song
Gonna tell you something you knew all along
That's, uh
Yes, I know we all die at the end of the road
Ain't nothin' round here you can hold
Guess no, guess no, body knows
That when I die, go back home
Yes, I know we all die at the end of the road
Ain't nothin' round here you can hold
When I go, just take my bones
Scatter them from here back to my home
Listen to me, now when I speak
Say, I do my best talkin' when I'm fast asleep
Come on and lay your head down next to mine
You can listen to the spirits of the dead just fine, oh
Come on, help me with these iron wings
We're gonna fly so high we hear the angels sing
Man, it feels good to have my feet off the ground
I hope the good God Almighty that I never come down
Yes, I know we all die at the end of the road
Ain't nothin' round here you can hold
When I go, just take my bones
Scatter them from here back to my home
Yes, I know we all die at the end of the road
Ain't nothin' round here you can hold
When I go, just take my bones
Scatter them from here back to my home
mobile down = mumble down tree
Amazing as always...\
love it
I'm from Bangor (Wisconsin)...this low-key creeps me tf out...still love this band though! This title/track just hits different for me.

if you listen really closely to this, I think you can actually hear the angels sing.
Halelu! ,
My favorite song !
And yes that's how you spell favorite
noLuckyStrike09
you have a great sense of humour
U guys gotta perform in Europe!
They're getting a lot better live. I still miss the beard tho... Great job DMT!
csolo541 I just realized that their name is DMT when its an acronym lmao.
@@tford1215 Same, lol. I doubt it was intentional for them like it was for Purson with _Desire’s Magic Theatre,_ though.
Usually Baroque music is prominent in my musical choice, even then I'm very selelctive and I'm not musically trained. DMT have an exellent level, would love to see them given more dimensions to explore. Not only brilliant musicianship but lyircs and performance too. Perhaps they need to separate the subculture and evolve the music, there's risk and resistance, but there's huge potential.
PUTA QUE PARIU ESSES ARTISTAS SAO FODAS PARA UMA PORRA
In what keys is the banjo tuned? Does anyone know? Please, I've been trying to figure it out but failed
What bass technique is she playing? that little solo at 1:32 is soooo badass anyone know what shes doing?
Slapping
Does cooper play an open back banjo or resonated? I can't tell
It's a resonated tenor banjo :)
These were punk rockers that grew up to play country and folk. Excellent stuff. Btw could they have planned the shot a little better? That poor fuckin banjo player is behind that pole.
