They are in no way controlled by any corporate entity.
BTSs main feature in the industry is Autonomy. They have the ultimate freedom to call all the shots in their career.

No one said they didn't choose to work but they are overworked. That was the main point of the break besides the military enlistment is so that the members can focus on themselves and breath. The company agreed it would be best so they don't burn out. They have been working hard asf for over a decade, even when they are injured they still perform for us. Suga had a shattered shoulder for almost a decade and still performed like nothing happened (fortunately he got surgery back in 2020 and is feeling much better). There is nothing wrong about pointing out the fact that they work themselves too hard. This is the second break they've ever had throughout their whole career. Jk even said he really enjoyed being on break. They are human. Please chill
Hmm actually RM delete photos every few months.... So like we wake up and sudenly there is like 80% of photos gone and he post new ones... Yeah he said "there is so many of then He feel like he has to clean some up, there is no need for older ones" 😂😢

8:45 ok so, they were Louis Vuitton ambassadors through mid 2021 until 2022. This year they all branched out and became individual ambassadors for multiple brands. Suga is a global ambassador for Valentino and the NBA, Jimin for Dior and Tiffany & Co., Taehyung for Celine and Cartier, RM for Bottega Veneta (he became their 1st official brand ambassador ever), Jungkook for Calvin Klein (and there were rumors of a Prada ambassadorship as well), Jin enlisted before he could get an individual deal (but I'm expecting something with Thom Browne), and J-hope stayed with LV as their brand ambassador and was basically pampered during this year's Paris Fashion Week (he was invited to 3 shows including LV, Dior and Hermès and according to Vogue he was the MVP of PFW).

You should watch 'Rm all day' part 1&2. Its a vlog of his daily routine and he gives us a house tour. He also went biking to the park (rm doesn't have his license so he rides his bike daily). Its a cute video and i think you would love watching it. He shows us his paintings that he has in his house and you can see his extreme book collection lol
I’ve seen all the Suchwitas. It would work nicely to start with Jimin and Taemin. You could go back to the start after that. I don’t think it would spoil anything

Oh all about them having IG is about individual control, they always were very involved in their online presence. Hmm 🤔 theirs Twitter account they all have one for band and they all used it and, but everything official of course there are people that do all the work there, but they all started when they went on break and it was a way to be involved and connected.
When Jhope wasen't in military he was like IG fairy, ahh he put so much things, so many stories..

Bts has won awards for top social artist at the BBMAS so yes they are on social media. They actually are the first kpop group to be extremely active with fans on their social medias and they practically started the trend after they won top social artist then other kpop groups created twitter and insta accounts. Before they debuted they started posting dailg vlogs and behind the scenes on youtube and that is where most of they're fan base grew from. Also they have full control over their accounts, i mean they are at a certain point in their career where they cant be told what to do. Jk even said that the company cant do anything about him getting drunk on live because he has such a high status. Rm actually posted a picture of him smoking recently on his ig but then deleted it because he always cleans out his account and deletes a bunch of posts when he gets bored of it. 💜💜

So Suchwita all series is great but if you start with later ones and then go back to start you will ser that Yoongi were still finding himself in new rolę and later he is more at home. So I think this is one big difference... Then also a lot of people only watch episodes with BTS members or people they like, but actually all of them are really good and funn to watch, for example I don't care about football (soccer) but episode with soccer player was very interesting. Hmm my favorite episode is with Tablo, TxT and band members of course, hmm Hoshi one was funny too and Teamin was cute. I can't wait for next one with IU, they like to bicker 😂 it look like it will be fun.
So yeah I think big plus going in order is that you also see how Yoongi is getting better as host, more comfortable and sure of himself. But besides that order isn't that important.

Yes, they have absolute control over their instagrams, being so that they launched them while on vacation 2 years ago and shared stuff, Yoongi posting a red square saying he doesn't understand the app, Tae following who he shouldn't be following, JK changing his insta name and aesthetic a couple of times to finally delete all...
They post usually a couple of covers, maybe some behind photo of their upcoming/already out magazines specials. That's why sometimes it looks more "professional" curated bc I understand they have to promote them actively? for some contract so obviously they are not gonna post the entire photoshoot, but apart from that, it's their daily lives, impressions, things they like, an egg...

Yes rm is into art, when i say hes obsessed i really mean it. Hes constantly going to museums and art exhibitions. He has a great love for art and nature and reading books. Its one of the things i love most about him is his passion for art. He incorporates that into his music, and his lyricism is beautiful. Hes truly a poet

theyre not "overworked" they overworked themselves theres a huge difference no one forced them to work and they were offered breaks theyre the ones who declined. bts are not typical idols theyve always had control over their own lives, careers, creative freedom etc they been calling the shots for years many since debut. this is why so much positive is changing in the idol industry because of their infleunce.
bighit offered them breaks multiple times even a 6 month break and they declined. theyve always controlled their twitter account and their instagram accounts and their weverse accounts. they literally go live while drunk, post blurry photos when theyre drunk, used to tweet to fans and have conversations through tweets, they reply to weverse comments and would sometimes spam fans having entire conversations with each other in different fans comments. they ask us for things like jhope asked us which birthday pictures he posted of jimin in 2019 and armys went back and sent it to him and he thanked so he can find different ones he hasnt posted yet cause his tradition was to post old pictures he took of the members for their birthdays. bts curse, they all have tattoos jungkook and jimin have the most etc like theyre very much not controlled like a lot of other idols are. and bts are the ones pushing for other idols to be treated better to have artistic freedom by speaking about how music shows treat idols, pushing for better treatment at least for hybe idols and hopefully other labels will be smart and make changes so their idols are happy or those idols can find ways to leave their labels and join hybe labels. if you dig deeper youll see all of this its not some secret. of course bighit isnt perfect but its so much freer than majority of labels even in the states.
especially bts re signed their 3rd contract with bighit, if any of them were not happy they wouldnt have signed the 2nd one let alone a 3rd. because of bts influence idols and trainees under hybe create their own schedules and change them as they please, they have access to mental health professionals and have regular sessions like doctor check ups. bts have said multiple times bighit really took care of their mental health. theres a lot of BS spread by english media about how kpop is and a lot is based on harmful stereotypes based in orientalism. its good to call out bad parts of the industry but to assume every idol under every label is treated the same and always negative is unfair and flat out wrong. you didnt do all that im just saying even assumptions like "they dont control their own social media" is based in those stereotypes either about idols or about celebrities like sure some western artists dont control their social media but many do which has gotten them into trouble.
anyways my point is bts doesnt fit any box of idol or celebrity, theyve always been open, honest, real and have complete control and say in everything they do. every business decision every album, every song, every photoshoot, every brand deal, every outfit at airport or red carpet, every music video storyline, lyrics, production literally everything you can think of bts has control and if someone else did something then bts gave said person the control for that particular project. example jungkook and Vs recent albums none of the songs were written by them but they chose every song that they liked, they liked the lyrics, the meaning, they agreed with the message, the production, the story of the videos, the structure of the album, the merch, the outfits they wore etc like for jungkooks album he had people paint his tattoos on the walls behind him for the background. theyvre so involved in everything, they dont hide it if you look at all content, interviews, music, lyrics, social media posts you can easily see it all.

I disagree they have complete control? Eg JK referred to doing things he wasn't supposed to didn't he, Jimin said he wanted to do more mv's for his album but wasn't allowed to do more than two, RM referred to not being able to talk freely about something. Etc
Pt 2 another example, apparently Suga put taboo smoking in his video and the members seen in footage smoking don't do that openly /freely

@@sc33h3o3 they do have complete control cause did jk get in trouble for that? no he didnt and he kept doing it where as at another label they wouldve stopped them after the first time and made them apologize publicly. same with suga and the smoking if he didnt have control he the smoking wouldnt have even made into the video. theres a huge difference between control from the label vs backlash from the public. of course many things got backlash from the public because kpop idols dont typically do them but did bighit or hybe stop them or punish them after? NO. so they DO have complete control and complete say. rm was talking about things he couldnt say due to them not serving in military yet he never implied it was due to the label. stop twisting their words to push this narrative when everything you said is speculation or EASILY proven wrong. jimin said there wasnt enough time to make more music videos but if he had asked SOONER when he made his first 2 music videos then he wouldve been able to do it. again youre twisting his words. he was cutting it close in time with the other members because they ALL had to release their solo albums before enlisting and suga was about to launch his release when jimin asked to make more.

11:06 with the way you clearly barely know anything about them you should not be making assumptions, they have had hard times work wise especially since they are such perfectionists and hard workers but it was their decision to ensure survival in this insane industry, and it has been better for years and they have allowed themselves to rest
