triskaidekaphobia is named this way for Greek people with this phobia to be able to use this word, because this way it doesn't contain "thirteen" itself ;)

Arithmophobia is the fear or prejudice concerning specific numbers. It's not about all the numbers. It is a more severe case of "lucky/unlucky" numbers, like some people believe that when the single-digit sum of the numbers of the date are a specific number (let's say "5"), something bad will happen.
