I Spent 24 Hours in Completely Flat Map With 0$... Here's What Happened

- Starting off with only 20$ on a completely flat map. Starting off we got a big problem as having only a few dollars makes it very hard to make any money to afford machinery or more land... Nevertheless, we find a way to lease a shovel and a small push able lawn mower to get us started. After some time we get 300$ which is the price to lease a tiny little john deere mower that lets us collect grass without a need of a shovel. With this our yourney starts off getting a bit more fast paced until we are able to afford a tractor that puts us on a completely different level from where we started and we go on to even building a house that costs over 25 thousand dollars.

Alright one question,
What mod is it called where you have unlimited slot space? Or did you just recode the game to do that? I really want to know cuz I’m doing a no mans land challenge and I wanna decorate with trees like you did (cuz it looks good) but I’ll know I’ll run out of space fast

When you want to place stuff in specific angels I would suggest holding C while while turning it around. When you hold c it will gridlock the placeables and also make it so that the items turn 15 degree at a time. It is really helpful when u are trying to build a really clean looking farm

I've always wanted to find a streamer that was using this map. It's a fun and challenging map since there are no trees to profit from at the start. Also the pure size of the map adds to the fun. And the sections are much more expensive than No Man's Land. So you have to work to expand as well.

Can we appreciate how as soon as he went on the platform with the new trailer the bales flew everywhere.
I worked in a mesa in the Australian outback that was very similar to this. As flat as a pancake and sky as far as the eye could see. And on the horizon; huge valley walls like a cup. It’s a hard place to be, some didn’t have the mental for so much sky. Feel like you could just float upwards forever. Cool video btw :)
I love flat map its so perfect for like everything like testing some mods or just normal gameplay if you dont want to spend tons of money on landscaping you may still have to spend the occasional 1 or 2 dollars but i dont mind im just so glad this map exists

They a mod for front attacent that fits any tractor comes on a pallet, also could of used haybuster bale shredder n setup at sell point lol n gor rid of all them bales. But love the vid man

it is meant in a way that I start with no machinery - which is true. And watching me for 30mins with no machinery would be kinda pointless :D

I used to okay this with my dad when I was really young, we well he collected 140k from choosing trees and I thought we were rich. After that we stopped playing and I thought the game died, boy was I wrong

Hey I saw you working on those fences. not sure if you play on pc but if you hold C and then press your arrows it will turn in a more static way so that you can always end up at 90 degree angles

I'm curious towards if you are using mods, and if yes then what mods exactly.
Is there any way for you to share a list of used mods?
A lot of the vehicles/placeables don't seem to exist in my version, hence the question ;)
When he is in the shop just under the price tag you can see if its a mod and possibly what mod it is. Almost all of these tools/tractors were mods. Hope this helped!

Many wondering what are those mods. There's few crucial mods that you can use to start the same:
FS19_shovelGreen
FS19_Profihopper
FS19_BCS127
fs19_flatmap
Game settings: easy (if there is fixed prices because full shovel for me is 5€ on medium).
Dont forget to buy the land first then save the game, go to save directory and find farms.xml and savegame.xml files, in both change money from 300000 to 20, save and play

Why not try that on console?
You wouldn't be able to use speed mods or have access to hundreds of cheap equipment.
It would be way way harder to do and be far more impressive if you did.
I like the idea, but it's not exactly true to the spirit of the game. If you had used base game only without ANY mods, then I'd be impressed.
WITH mods it's not exactly overwhelming viewing and stopped before halfway through as the spirit of the task was abused by mods, not skill or determination.
Sorry if it upsets anyone, but I feel if you do a challenge of any sort in anything, do it with base items, not mods or quick fixes. It's like doing survival in the wilderness in real life; if you take a camping stove and use it, you've abused the point of the challenge at hand.
