- Fall Creek Falls State Park, Tennessee's largest state park, spanning over 26,000 acres. Fall Creek Falls, standing at an impressive 256 feet, ranks among the tallest waterfalls in the eastern United States. The natural beauty here is truly remarkable. Southern Living recognized it as one of the top state parks in the Southeast, and after our visit, it's easy to understand why.
This well-maintained park offers a plethora of activities and amenities, making it a place you could stay in for quite a while. With its beautiful waterfalls, gorges, and overlooks, and a network of over 56 miles of hiking trails, there's something for every outdoor enthusiast. Fall Creek Falls State Park is a practical and exceptional destination that showcases Tennessee's natural grandeur.
This time we were lucky enough to check out 5 waterfalls in the park during our favorite season October so we could see the beautiful Leaf change! Fall Creek Falls, Piney Creek Falls , Cane Creek Falls , Rockhouse Falls and Cane Creek Cascades.

Favorite time of the year 🍁 I have a pet snake so I'm used to it lol I know all the ones that are dangerous here in the south so I'm not too worried about it. You don't like snakes?

Triple Falls in Dupont State forest also used in The Hunger Games. After this video I'm thinking Fall Creek Falls might just be this weekends adventure.
Yeah they filmed at Sweetwater Creek State Park as well in Georgia for hunger games. Not a bad weekend adventure!
Fall didn’t last long here in IL. Little Rosalie was trick or treating while it was snowing. So we weren’t able to do a cool fall video like this. Rachel’s leaves line would be a best seller in your merch store 😂. These Falls are so pretty! Love seeing the bright red leaves. No way I would touch a 🐍. Always love a movie location place.
Can’t believe UFC ended just above 2 hours because of 5 finishes. Such a good one.
Yeah it's way too short! The movie jungle book actually filmed in front of the waterfall with the rope bridge as well.

Fall is the best time of year for hiking and you two found some really pretty leaves. Nice little ringneck snake. Beautiful waterfall. I was fortunate to visit Fall Creek Falls a few years back but I didn't get to hit all the same trails you two took. I hope that you are enjoying the weekend and enjoy the holiday season. Cheers!
It's a shame it goes by so fast! We had a lot of plans this year for fall but didn't get to do but one of them. Hopefully next year we'll be able to see some more leaf change.

We've stayed at Fall Creek Falls many times, but we've never made it to the actual falls.
How did you manage to do that! 😅 You definitely got to check it out next time It's beautiful! You can practically drive right up to the viewing platform to see Fall Creek Falls.
just watched again. amazing place, thinking of doing this in april...was it super busy? It didn't look crowded.
Awesome thank you! It wasn't too bad even though it was around peak fall season. I'm pretty sure it can get really busy though on the spring and summer weekends it just depends. If you're going plan to get there early 😁 the first time we seen the falls the water was really rushing so if possible make sure the area got some rain before you go!
How far is this from Gatlinburg? And is there 3 mile hikes to any falls r.ubder 3.milea?
It's like a 3-hour and 15 minute drive from Gatlinburg. All the trails we did were under 3 mi.
I just did this hike October 31. We hiked early morning when there was no crowds. I’m interested in a new backpack. Do you know what size and model yours is?
