what if the humidity is at 90% for 40 degrees?

You would need a chart that extends into that range. I have the data available in Engineering Equation Solver (EES). The wet bulb temperature is 38.33 C, and the dew point is 38.04 C. These temperatures are close, because the humidity is very close to saturation.
Since the wet bulb temperature exceeds human body temperature, so this condition of air would not be survivable for people. Not without air conditioning. Which is probably why it isn't included.
