Very useful. My Maruthi Celerio shows the drive mode (D or M) as well as the currently engaged gear number. I am Very comfortable with Automatic mode even in city driving. Though the mileage is less, it is "tension free" to drive in city or highway. I am a Senior Ctzn & I drove to Bangalore & back last week very comfortably.

In many AMT's, the gear number is shown. In drive mode, it displays as D1, D2 etc
Boss can you post a video about how to drive a AT in downhill at some hill station. I understand, if we are going to drive a manual vehicle downhill we can shuffle around gears to slow down the car in the downhill instead of using the brake for the full journey in order to avoid brake failure. What are the chances of having a brake failure if am going to drive a AT in Kolli hills where there are 71 hairpin bends if am right.
Brother teach people safety first and it's importance like looking into your left ovrm and right ovrm and blind spot when moving car from stationary. As most people in India don't have this habit and this is the single biggest cause of accident.

3. automatic car ah limited periods ku dha manual la ota mudiyuma ille unlimited ah different people ku yetha mari full manual/full atuomatic la otikalama?

Releasing a break is like releasing a clutch in a AMT car
In a manual car when we release the clutch car moves slowly
llly in AMT car moves slowly when we release the break
And pressing acel.. is to gain speed....
No it wll move at the speed of 10 Km/Ph when you change to Drive Mode
Since it has creep mode car will move slowly in automatic cars

Only thing AV should not be used while engine is in OFF condition. But now all new cars are having sensor for that. No other rules to be followed.
