tbh i think it's funny the Karen saw the package because she was literally so disgusted that she didn't even wanna have it near her and she gave it back because of what was inside.
How does she think she owns the place if no one is paying her rent? I would probably call the police to do a wellness check on her, and tell them your worried she has Alzheimer's due to all her shenanigans. And it's possible she used to own a building and think the new building is hers.

Not gonna lie the neighbor was crazy but the stuff the lawyers did when they bought the unit was the scummiest move in this story

This woman has a lot of issues because no one in their right mind acts like that just cus they bought a condo. She thrives off of drama and chaos, she sounds like my narcissistic mother
(US here, so I’m going on US law, but imagine Australia isn’t much different). Even if she bought the building and OP was a renter, she could not enforce the new insane rules. You inherit the previous owner’s contracts and obligations, meaning that you pay the same taxes, deal with the same utilities, and have to honor the same contracts and leases, so you cannot just evict people with pets. That would be an issue at renegotiation. Even if it’s month-to-month, it would be challenging. Also, in a building with separate units, you cannot impose a curfew or prevent someone from accessing their apartments because they came home late. They have 24 hour access to their unit. So, even if she “bought the building,” she was 🦇 💩

The OP's neighbor need to get a serious life of her own and leave her fellow neighbors alone and in peace plus stop being a little pain everytime.
If she's really not getting the point after ...well after she wasn't handed the deed to the building and the deed she signed said she owed an apartment not an apartment BUILDING, or after she was told up front multiple times. I think she might be suffering some sort of delusion and you might need to have a meeting with the other tenants on if you should call someone about her.
Entitlement is entitlement but this was more than entitle.

This entitlement seems like some form of mental illness that might go unnoticed, they seem totally sane and reasonable until one thing comes up then they become unreasonable.
