It would be so, so welcome if the Chinese, Korean, and Japanese governments could get along together as well as this dumpling diplomacy. 🤗👍
as chinese oversea I can agree more
@@Devil44306 I love the cultures of these three countries. It is painful to watch the animosity that lingers from so long ago. Everyone needs to put the past behind us all, live with the borders as they are now, and stop the threats of annihilation. Threats serve no positive purpose. I know it sounds naive, but with the right leaders it is achievable.
Cannot happen between communist
@@joecanis484 I mean if Japanese government had handled it correctly like German government did, it would be different now ofc. Koreans and Chinese have every right to be upset.
@@np7148 My wife is Korean. She was born during the Japanese occupation, too young though to remember the effects. She says that people need to let that history go. We need to recognize the Japanese government as it is now. It is democratic and the people do not hold the same brainwashed beliefs they had before WWII. The hate mongering and the anti-Japanese feelings are used for political means to manipulate people that do not think for themselves. Move on and grow common goals for the good of both nations. That was then, it has little in common with circumstances now. When do we stop punishing the innocent generation for the sins of their grandparents?

As a Chinese person and a Japanese person, I would say that although Chinese dumplings are the OG and they’re so good, Japanese dumplings will always be my absolute favourite. As I grew up in Japan, and my grandmother and mom would always make the Japanese dumplings, those crispy dumplings will always have a special place in my heart.
wym og bro they have their own origins and they aren’t the same
@@lazyegg1155 Chinese one are the og
Looks like anime ❤
@@lazyegg1155 gyoza is just another variation of chinese jiaozi lol. it was brought over by japanese soldiers after ww2. you'd be suprised to see how much korean and japanese stuff are "inspired" by china

My mama made Chinese dumplings and I ate them right when they were made.. BIG MISTAKE! My mouth was burned😭 totally worth it! (We are a Mexican house hold but love to make things from other countries😋
The japanese lady is so polite and makes everything looks so yummy
I love how they are just so respectful of each other. Love this! 🙏🏼
As an Asian, I can confirm the xiaolongbao is extremely delicious, not only that, but the xiaolongbao can have a variety of different fillings, *mainly pork, but it can also be seafood, and other meats.* Plus, once you bite into it, there will be some dumpling juice in there, not as much as soup dumplings, but still really good.😊
edit: in some other areas of china overseas, xiaolongbao is considered soup dumplings, and some consider it not to be. hope this assures all of you
Sounds very delicious I would like to try that someday ^^
xiao long bao is a type of soup dumpling!!
@@april-hn9tq in only some cases can xiaolongbao be referred to as a soup dumpling, but ill put that in my edit just so there wont be future drama
@@schflop1 ohhh sorry mb!! i was under the perception that it counted as a soup dumpling. is it yangzhou that separates xiaolongbao and tangbao as two separate things?
ASIANS ARE LOVELY PEOPLE💖💖
this is so cute! it’s like they’re bringing their own’s culture food to class on culture day🤭🤍
I'm not picking my favourite bias country but i really like Chinese dumplings it juicy chewy and classic perfect shape and the best part is that it's steam and not something crazy❤
Wait wait…
HAVE YOU TRIED WONTONS?
If you haven’t I bet you’ll like it :D
@@Ju_yo hope I'll tried some day
Seeing them share their culture is so heartwarming 🥰🥰
Food is one of them global languages 😂
as a brazillian, i wanted to share that in brazil, gyoza is QUITE common and made exactly faithful to the og recipe she said in the vid (most times). sometimes it isn't fried tho, and sometimes it does have the glass noodles, but we still call it gyoza anyways XD that is because in brazil there is a looot of japanese immigrants, so i think that's where it came from. we have a lot of japanese foods (like yakissoba, sukiyaki, sushi, sashimi, uramaki, niguiri, etc) and they're pretty common all over the country.
As a Half Japanese person, I have heard about the large Japanese community in Brazil, I would love to visit one day...
I love how the girl on the right when she was trying the Chinese Mandu she was being so kind and it looked like she enjoyed it,
Kinda sad that Korean Mandu is not really known and get exposed to other cultures. Of course xialongbao and gyoza are great, but I just hope people could actually afford to Korean Mandu.
It needed to be supplied more as form of restaurants or take-outs. Btw I'm kind of amazed that three of them speak Korean to communicate with each other.
Actually, mandu is really popular where I am! They’re my favourite dumplings, and I’m Chinese😁
quite popular in LA/California. they have them in Costco's now.
I'm saying this because I'm Korean, but kimchi dumplings in Korea are really delicious. Chewy and bursting texture..
I would really love to eat Korean Mandu dumplings since it's the one dumpling I never tried before and I would eat the kimchi one since I really like kimchi. Xiao Lon Bau is really good very juicy and delicious filling and I know China makes different dumplings when you go to a Dim Sum restaurant, gyoza are my favorite dumplings I love the crispy exterior but the filling is so delicious especially dipping it with soy sauce mixed with vinegar. Even know these dumplings are from different countries but you can never go wrong with a dumpling.
i found korean dumplings to be quite disheartening- extremely sweet.. and adding the noodles made the dish confusing because usually noodles is not meant to stuff things. However I got to say I love love love japchae! I love Asian dishes!
I'm definitely going to get some dumplings next time I go grocery shopping, it needs to happen lol
I feel like I'm gonna die before trying them lol
I love all kinds of dumplings but Chinese dumplings hit different, i want dim sum asap

Especially her bestfriends, they were very nice and offered me help whenever i needed it. Would like to go to japan again and again, their food is so good!
Except that in China, there are so many dumplings varieties. Like the gyoza dumpling is just another variation of a Chinese dumpling. Except in China, they do more than just pan fry them and cook them in different ways.
ikr, gyoza is literally just a jiaozi. Gyoza was brought to Japan by Japanese soldiers after the occupation of China in WWII.
enenen~嗯
Gyoza is Japanese word
Another typical example of the Chinese trying to steal and claim other people's cultures. So sad that they cannot be proud and be satisfied with what they have, so they always have to steal and claim others' cultures as their own. Seems like they are all mentally ill.
@@ARajantara777 it stems from the Chinese word “jiao zi” though
진짜 다 맛있어보이네요 오늘 저녁은 만두로 해야겠어요

I loved how this was a mukbang but also a little dumpling lesson 👍🏻😊 so fun!
Xiao long bao is the greatest invention of all time. Like wtf it’s genius?!
As a Chinese-American person I have the privilege living in the China town of NYC. Our dumplings comes in variety from dim sum, to soup dumplings, to regular dumplings, to dumpling buns, to wontons, to a combination of the 3 (soup dumpling, dumpling, and pan fried bun) in one. My favorite is the latter. Sheng Jian Bao. Hight recommend going to NYC China town to try their soup dumplings if you can’t go to China. Also Chinese dumplings are not meant to be thick, it should be thin (unless you are talking about buns/bao). Chinese dumplings from dim sum are also “see through” because we used a different wrapper. A good dumpling is very hard to get right.
Ngl Chinese dumplings are the best 😭❤
日本人の女の子の反応?食レポみたいな感じがめっちゃ日本人で面白い☺️✨
餃子食べ比べめちゃくちゃ楽しそう〜〜〜♡😊
As a Chinese person, my favourite are Korean dumplings because I love how much filling there is, and of course I love that it’s spicy and some has kimchi in them!
Chineses only eat bat meats
Can't go wrong with dumplings
Chinese dumplings are the best in my opinion. XLB, Sui mai ect
I’ve tried Japanese and Korean dumplings but Chinese is still my most favorite one.
I have to agree because there are so many different variations of Chinese dumplings and fillings !!
Frr! As someone who lives in Hong Kong, their dumplings are absolutely delicious
And you are a Chinese as well😊
Chinese cooking is truly something else. Their flavors are immaculate. I highly recommend you try Malatang Xiang Guo
@@henryrodriguez2155 Chineses only eat bat meats
You made me hungry lol :)
when she opened it on the cutting board and let all the juice out i almost cried, you supposed to use a soup spoon, they have them in the Asian restaurants, you bite a little hole in the top, lift it with your chopsticks, dump the soup into the spoon and drink the broth, then you use the Chinese vinegar, and soy sauce, and chives and chili oil, and some sauces have garlic in it, and you get some of that inside the dumping then eat it, and i promise you, for someone who eats soup dumplings on the regular that is the traditional way and it is sooo damn good 😍
Please notice that Japanese usually don't change the original Chinese words for food, in this case it's the same. Japanese dumplings are called "Gyoza" sounding alot like the original "Jiaozi". Korean tend to change all names of food into Korean.
How does gyoza and jaozi sound the same
@@gougou3991 Not the spelling, but the sound
@@gougou3991 Use google translate, put it to Japanese, chinese mandarin, and you will hear the sound..The Japanese did not come up with the word, the Chinese immigrants did
ok...?
@@emz5356 Koreans change everything into their own language, they Korean wash it and people believe it’s Korean. This is why there is so much conflict of origins of dishes and food from Korea
I'm Asian but i love all types of dumpling even Thailand's Dim Sum. China's dumpling are so good especially in soups. Japan's dumpling are great if steamed and eat with sauce and Korean's dumpling are best when fried. At least this is how i like em.
They calling them dumplings me be like eyy they are momos😂😂
It's nice how quiet and clean they are.
I love this video so much I can’t stop thinking of it
AHHHHH!!! THIS IS SO CUTEEEEEE!!!! SO WHOLESOME!!!!!!
No doubt I will choose Chinese dumplings.. Not just because it's really accessible here in my country but it's really.. I mean REALLY juicy and addicting! As well as the Japanese Gyoza. If only I could eat a lot in one sitting lol they're quite pricey but totally worth the try. Korean dumplings were good but milder and stuffy.. it would start to feel sickening if you eat 2 or more. all in all great dumplings!!!
Agreed :)
Authentic Chinese cooking is truly something else, I truly wish I could taste each and every one of them. My favorites in my life have to be Malatang guo🌶(spicy stir-fried ingredients with aromatic spicy condiments), ZhaJiangMian (yes the Chinese black bean noodles that have inspired the jjajangmyeon widely popularized in korea), steamed Sticky Rice with Crab🦀 (best rice dish I have ever tasted in my life), and Chinese stir-fried rice cakes (chao nian gao) literally immaculate flavors that they can make both sweet and salty. I am deeply inspired by their cooking. 🇨🇳 ❤
What are your favorites?
Chineses only eat bat meats
I love how they understand each other
Because they’re all talking Korean. In many other nations most ppl speak 2/3/4 different languages, esp Asia and Europe bc those countries are your neighbors. We Americans are so insulated from how rest of world is and expect everyone to speak English.
great video, this meal should be very tasty, I loved the video
Chinese xiao long bao & sheng jian bao are fantastic. I love 'em. Char siu bao is also my fav 🥰
this is so cool!! i wanna eat all of the dumplings!
My Korean aunt's dumplings looked just like the dumplings in front of the Japanese girl. I loved them cause they were not heavy. Light, tasty and browned.
Yes The Japanese version of this CHinese delicacy is Called Gyoza and is usually Half Meat half, garlic chives and leeks, usually they have to be so thin that the green color of the stuffing shows through the skin. They are first fried on a pan, and then water is poured into the pan with a lid to steam them.
I love all 3, and now I’m hungry 🤤
Imma be honest... gyoza are my absolute favorite. Love soup dumplings but sometimes they're too much.
soup dumplings r amazing u cant change my mind
Actually in korea we call it "mandu"
Edit- thanks for 1o likes😁
Dumpling is like art. Like kindle surprise you will not know what they put in it.
Chinese have similar dumpling like korea and japan.
Gyoza in chinese is known as Guo Tie
Mandu in chinese is known as Yuan Bao Jiao Zi (ingot dumpling)
Chinese there is a dumpling call Bian Rou Tang it taste heavenly as the skin of the dumpling is make from meat.
I am pretty sure that China invented all those dumplings
This is making me want dumplings so bad ahhhh
Never EVER watch this late at night just before bed!! My mouth is salivating and stomach grumbling and knowing I have gyoza and cheesy, kimchi riceballs too makes it all the more difficult for me. I love chinese xiao long bao the most
That all looks soooo good. Dumplings are my favorite food. I have had Chinese and Japanese, but not Korean. Would love to try some.
