As a bill's fan i've raised my 9 yr old son to know about this call... Only through the compilation by the way... And we frequently are Appalled at the officiating for missing several Calls every single game for somebody giving somebody the business... I'm like "come on ref, he was clearly giving him the business!!"... But i've never seen that call again... themselves refs are terrible

Alex Kemp is the ref, from my hometown. Little anecdote about him. He was playing match play in a golf tournament I was at 25 years ago. He landed in the sand and chipped out with a wedge, but the wedge hit the ball twice on the same swing. No one heard it but him, but he went ahead and penalized himself the two strokes anyway. It ended up costing him the match. After I saw that, I knew he'd be able to call a fair game.
