Today's video is a tutorial for a crochet flower choker necklace. I could not find a pattern like this anywhere, so I made one! It's really a very simple design, using only chains and slip stitches. It's beginner-friendly, but also very cute and it goes with any outfit! This can be a fun and quick little DIY project for a handmade choker!
The concept for this pattern is to crochet half the petals of each flower as the first row on top of the chain. Then, you start working counterclockwise and finish the last half of the petals on the other side.
Please let me know if you have any questions! I'll be happy to answer them.
Thank you for watching!

I just added the written pattern to my website: vivcrochets.com/crochet-dainty-flower-choker-necklace/
It fixes a minor mistake made in this video and has clear images for each step!
This is so cute that I had to try it immediately! It works up fast, I spent roughly 1,5 hours on it while "working", so with distrancions. Thank you so much for the video, I love it!
That’s so good to hear! Thank you for trying it out! I’m glad you like it
How did it turn out?
@@stefaniapopescu2555 It's really cute, the yarn I used was the same size as in the video. Now I'm making another one with thinner yarn.

This is such a cute & simple pattern! I've been looking for a good pattern to make a headband with, and this one is perfect. Thanks for sharing!!
Im so happy with how mine turned out! Can’t believe how simple it was, yet it looks so difficult!
This was my first ever crochet project and it turned out so pretty, thank you so much! ❤

When I just saw ur vids I wanted to try out crochet and I BECAME ADDICTED.
Thank you! This was so cute and it only took me about 15 minutes!
Thank you! That was fairly easy and very cute. Added it to a stuffed animal I crocheted. Great tutorial!

this is really pretty! im making it right now and im almost done. im using a bit thicker wool so its bigger but its looks amazing! i just had to make rlly tight stitches because i faced a problem where when i made the petals it made the chain space huge
Thank you for this! Made this as an accessory to the bucket hat that I made from your other video. Take care and thank you for these, they are super cute!
I made a blue one, it's adorable and so easy I love it 🫂🤍
so cutee
I stumbled across your bucket hat tutorial but that is still too advanced for me haha so I decided to try this one instead! I'm a complete beginner, I just learned how to do the magic circle so that's all I've been doing so far D: I messed up a few times so mine looks a bit wonky but I'm happy I finished my first project! Super easy to follow along and your voice is very soothing. I'm going to keep trying until I perfect it, thank you!!
Thank you so much!! I admire your perseverance and I'm excited for you!
lol, I don't totally know why I'm here because I'm the knitter (and seamstress) and my boyfriend is the one who crochets but this is super cool and if I ever get around to learning to crochet as well, I will definitely make this! (and/or maybe I'll *suggest* it to him)
Your boyfriend crochets?? I wish mine was interested in yarn crafts😂
Thank u so much ur the best
So beautiful choker. And very easy to follow. Thanks for the lovely video. I am going to make one
thank u!!
Omg it's so cute; I got too excited and started on it immediately that I forgot about the clasps on each end so I had to improvise and use a button! Regardless, it stilled turned out adorable! :)
Thanks for sharing!!
Great tutorial, well detailed, thank u!
Thank you so much!
TYSMMM I JUST STARTED CROCHETING 4 DAYS AGO AND THIS TURNED OUT SO CUTEEEE

Thank you!
I loved this and it was fun to do, but I'm really sad because I couldn't figure out the last part where you actually turn them into flowers. I'll try again tomorrow though, and make one with actual flowers!! Thank you so much for making this tutorial!!!
Very cute crochet..I'll trying too. Tq
Thank you!
Nice Tortorella. Mine was starting to turn out shity so if im in the mood I'll try again tomorrow but I got something the kinda resembles that.
Please make a video on how to make top please your teaching style is easy and understandable
I don‘t understand, why you don‘t have more subscribers, I love your videos and think, that you explain wonderfully🙈
That’s so kind of you to say! Thank you so much, that means a lot!
Lindo!!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😍
Es horrible
Thank You so much! I just made 2 of it..❤
You’re welcome! Happy to help!
I’m gonna make this but long enough for a belly chain
This is such a cute and easy tutorial thank you! Do we have permission to sell our finished products ?
Yes, go for it! Thank you for asking!
Do it with black yarn if your looking for a romantic goth look
Could I use crochet thread for this? What size hook should I use? If so would just do the same number of chains? But this is beautiful ❤️
Yes, you can! In my thumbnail, I showed the one I made with crochet thread. I believe I used a size 2.75 mm hook, but you can use any that’ll work for you! And you will have to do more chains, since the thread is smaller. Just chain until it fits around your neck!
Esta muy lindo pero quiero saber como lo puedo unirlo
sorry I'm new to this so I'm not sure how to end the chocker like do I just cut off the string at the end?
Yes, and you pull the yarn through with your hook! I used the extra string at the end to tie it on, but you can add in a jewelry clasp
May I ask if this is cotton yarn or indophil yarn? Thank you so much
Wow! I loved this! I watched it with just the captions. I turned it up at the end; you’ve got a lovely voice. Short, sweet, easy to understand without volume. I’m subbed!
That is so kind of you to say! I’m glad it was easy to understand, thank you so much!
thank you so much !!!! this was sooo easy and I made a bag strap with this pattern in less than 30 minutes 🤍🤍🤍🤍
im keeping this as a timestamp 3:09
What yarn did you use?? Cotton?
Maybe a silly question but are you doing your slip stitches into the top loop only or both loops?
Not silly at all! I only went into the tops of the stitches. I find going under both is a little more difficult
hi if i make it longer than my neck it can be a necklace?
My sister and I are traveling separate ways and I won't see her in a long long time like four years Maybe so I'm making a pair of chokers for us
That is so sweet! I’m sorry you won’t see her for a long time though. I really hope she likes it! You can even add a clasp and some charms to it if you want!
Hi! this is really cute and I'm planning to make one as well. About how much yarn did you use up for this?
Hello! Thank you! It uses very little yarn, I'd guess about 15g
@@VivCrochets Thank you!
hii! may i ask how many meters of yarn u used in the thumbnail since u used the crochet thread? thanks in advance
How thick the yarn is? Thanks a lot 🌸
In this video I used a medium weight yarn, but in the thumbnail it’s crochet thread
How do u keep the first row of petals on the top? Mine got jumbled up
I can’t slip the chain over idk why
3:02
But how will I tie 😅
1:29
Please tell me how many chains in total?
Can u make a new version just a little slower😅😅😅
what size yarn are you using? im using size 4 but it's not turning out right :( it might just be because im a beginner tho
In the tutorial, it’s also a size 4!
48 + 1 = 49 left off 3:00
Help mine doesn't look like flowers at all 😭
Does it look pretty?
Tysm🥹❤❤❤
I got so confused on the first flower cos it didnt look like urs, otherwise a good tutorial
why did it look so small in the thumbnail, didnt turn out as i expected
It’s the same pattern used in the thumbnail, just thinner yarn! I used a thicker yarn for the tutorial so it would be easier to see
No tiene nada de begginer friendly, monga
clickbaait :(
Dedicate a otra cosa, no servís
No se te entiende nada, nisiquiera explicas
Horrible
This isn’t beginning friendly your going too fast
Help mine doesn't look like flowers at all 😭
