I love the struggle on the vocal warmups. I keep telling my kids, vocal exercises are supposed to be tricky so that when you sing it's easy... I don't know how Cheryl ended up in my CZcams feed, but I'm so glad she did. I LOVE HER! Having so much fun watching her vocal coaching and the progress her students make. Back when I was taking lessons, I did like my coach but if I'd had someone like Cheryl maybe I could really sing instead of just carry a tune well enough to be in bar bands đ

Wow, found myself cheering for this kid as he progressed. Loved how he improved right in front of us. Just discovered her 10 minutes ago, this is the 2nd video of Mrs. Porter's I've watched today, and apart from her being a natural at bringing out the best in her students, she has a really great quality of student. This young man, and the Spanish young lady on the other video...both very humble and willing to take direction. Nice!

@@JamarConley when He was singing the notes in falsetto in the upper range I was like I herd him hit them notes in his full chest. Then he did and it sounds so much better.
